Neother defense is playing very well but Denver definately has the better offense. I'm taking Denver and the points.
Denver +3
It's funny how no one even made these points yet and there have been like 40 posts in this forum.......
I'm still on DENVER and the OVER

Good analysis although I don't agree w/your side. I do think you're on the $$ w/the UNDER. Once again, for all the over riders - where are all these points from the Pats coming from??? They've played worse teams than Denver (which has yet to gel on D but has talent) and haven't been able to score!!! Is Cassell suddenly going to morph into a great decision maker who makes tonight the 1st in which he doesn't turn the ball over? Is this suddenly the game where all the 2nd rate and injured backs for NE start ripping off chunks of yardage? Are the backers and 2ndary players suddenly going to find the fountain of youth? These are very valid points which not only apply to the O/U (but are most prevalent) but the side as well.
Just ask yourself these questions: What has New England done THIS YEAR to indicate anything different from what we have seen through the 1st 5 weeks? What is going to happen to change the Pats fortunes 180 degrees? Is Vegas setting a trap or just setting a line which suckers those last stragglers who still think this is the NE dynasty of years past into taking the home team at a short price?
Receivers are only as good as their trigger man - see the Bengals or the Cardinals under Matt Leinart!! Last time I checked, Shanahan is a helluva coach so don't think he won't have a gameplan formulated to expose the multiple weaknesses by the Pats.
So....... Denver +3, Denver ML, Under 48.5 GLTA

I saw a lot of the same things about the Browns last week. "Where will the points from the Browns come from?" "Final score Giants 30 Browns 3." "We haven't seen any offense from the Browns this year, why would things change now?".
I've got news for you, a very proud New England team, removed from a great season and a superbowl will come out fired up tonight backed by their home crowd. The fact the road dogs are a public favorite make me want to bet New England even more.
New England still has plenty of weapons and not to mention the best game-planning coach in the NFL. The Broncos have a horrible defense and a great offense and the Pats weakness in pass D plays greatly to the Bronco's strength. However, Scheffler might not play, and Royal is not 100%.
I see no reason why this total will not go over, and the line movement plus the public money favoring the under make the over the best bet on the board.
OVER 48 big
Debating a 2 unit parlay with the over and New England, maybe just a small New England play straight up.
The Broncos are probably the most overrated team in the NFL right now and it will show, and by the way, I am in no way a Pats fan.
