4) My bruddah show our mainland brothers in here the aloha spirit. I know at times they start up this crap but you don't need to add fuel to the fire bro.

Everyones talking about the Vikings "O" and we're forgetting championship teams win with excellent "D" I pick Minn because of the "D" and Special Teams. They'll give Brett and Co in short field position and they will capitalize off of it too.

As far as my Dallas pick, I think that was the only time I bet on them all year. Like a chump I did not look at the big picture. One thing for sure, Saints in full force is no Dallas by any means.

Saints to cover. Apparently I have forgotten how to handicap a game because right now im really sucking. For what its worth I like NO.

I was very impressed with the Saints win against Ari. I was wrong they are able to turn their offense on with the press of a button. I cant fathom their offense not being able to consistently score against the Viks. Outside of Hightowers td run, their defense looked pretty good to me against Warner.  Rice is like a poor mans Fitzgerald, and if they were able to contain him what is Rice going to do? And Don't forget Sharper will be playing against his former team. AD ain't running like he used too. Last season when these 2 teams met Peterson was held to 32 yds on 21 carries. So I don't think this is the week he breaks out.

While the Vikings did look good as well, I think part of that can be attributed to the ineptness of Wade Phillips and team. In the first half Dallas was able to move the chains but had 2 missed field goals and a to. After one of their tackles got hurt all hell broke loose.

NO -3.5: My early lean was the Vikes, but now i'm pulling the trigger on the Saints.  If the Saints struggled with the Atlanta and Dallas, it may be a long day vs. Minnesota. Favre is better than Romo and Ryan. Peterson is better than Turner and Barber. Rice is better than Roddy and Austin. Percy is better than Felix, Crayton and Norwood. Jared Allen is on par with Ware and Abraham.  The HFA was the determining factor for picking the Saints in a shoot out. Score: Vikings 24-Saints 33 (3 units).

With you on the Saints call, at -3.5. Still, there's far too much parity in the NFL to bring on fuzzy logic. Such as the Vikings (when healthy, before games of resting starters) getting annihilated by Arizona, and look at what happened to the Cardinals against the Saints. The close call vs Atlanta and the loss to Dallas I take very little into account. Those sixteen contests can be a long and winding road.

Favre is simply far overdue for a complete meltdown. That, and I don't see Brees making more mistakes on Sunday. A turnover edge in an NFC Championship game is gigantic. Such a long, futile history can now temporarily be forgotten. Saints have paid their dues. New Orleans 31 Minnesota 20
