watch out on the qb under 3.5 bet...nfl network (lombardi) is reporting that NE's 31 could very well be traded to cleveland or denver (interesting).

We're playing harder because we want this more. UNC doesn't need this at all...they've got a 1 seed locked up. Even though we're already in the tournament, the boys are looking at this game as sort of a Super Bowl type event. We're 3-1 vs. Duke/UNC this year and we have a chance to sweep UNC for the year (only played them once in reg season). They're pumped and it's showing. UNC will make a run either late here in the half or in the 2nd...if FSU can hold them off like Duke yesterday, cash your tickets in... We're shooting maybe as good as we were last time vs. UNC. It's ridiculous. This team loves playing top opponents.

Falcons offense is built to beat the Giants. One of the best ball-control offenses in the league and Turner should be able to run on them, especially if Tuck plays inside with Osi at DE again. Jones and White can abuse a secondary that has played better, but still sucks as long as the line blocks.
Gotta try to keep Eli off the field...we'll see what happens there. Worried about the defense, but I think this is very winnable for ATL.

Based on this discussion, it's obvious this wasn't as bad a call as some are making it out to be, because both sides have valid arguments.
Controversial call, but certainly not a BAD call. You have the Groza kicker and you trust him to win the game for you. And he did.

Remember the Arkansas game last year? That was bad. I feel your pain a little:
I had Tulsa +3 (bet a long time ago) and also Tulsa ML (smaller play) and BYU's last second TD made the +3 a push and lost the ML. Thank god I bet it early. I had Toledo -1.5 or whatever 2H...lost that to AF on the late TD. Would've rather had OT haha.

BOL bro. I actually got this at Tulsa +3 on December 9th, looking back at my pending bets. Glad this really took off the other way. I thought it was wrong team favored when I capped it earlier this month, but I guess I was right!

the funny part is, the only way UW is going to win this is if they let them score.

anyone else have baylor -7 2h?
rooting for the baylor game backers here. come on guys...deep td or let griffin break one. baylor doesn't really do any possession offense. really good chance for them to gash them.

They really should not have sent an ex-defender to color this game.
In all fairness UW does have some really good skill players...top recruits, too. Sefarian, Kearse, Kasen Williams...Sarkisian is a really good offensive coach.

One more thing...glad our two storied programs got the chance to play in this bowl, although we obviously both have higher aspirations. Hopefully both of our programs return to the top soon.

ND stopped blitzing partially because Rashad and Kenny were making a couple plays to stretch the field. Y'alls DC reacted by dropping guys back, which was stupid. You have to mix it up, but you don't want to get away from the blitz that was working all game!
However, gotta give our OL some credit. It's a very young group, but a few of them have started much of the year. One kid is still 17 (the RT Hart). They're horrible run blocking but actually not all that bad pass blocking. It wasn't a pretty game, but there were some nice plays. Y'all have a good defense and your running game had some good plays. QB is still a problem, obviously. Our defense is also ridiculous. One of the best in the nation. Undisciplined and thus not the best (see Reid hit for 15), but we have some athletes. Once Floyd was out of the game, it looked like your O was lost. (to be fair, we lost our top two CBs defending Floyd...two of the top three at least...one can argue that #1 is as good as 5 and 27).
