Sorry, that should be over 167, not 162 |

OK I guess it's up to me. New York at Chicago Seems like two teams heading in opposite directions. Sky are 2-4 ATS in the last two weeks of the season. Liberty squeaked into the playoffs with a late season run. Chicago should win, but I don't think they're motivated enough to cover ten points. Liberty +10 Phoenix at Las Vegas Fourteen points is a lot of juice. However, Phoenix is a mess with all the personal and injury problems this year. The Mercury do put up a lot of 3s and Vegas just scores and scores. I think I'll just stick with the over in this one. over 162 Thoughts and ideas? |
No. stop spreading FUD. Chance of precipitation at game time and throughout each quarter < 30% [nflweather.com/en/game/2019/week-6/giants-at-patriots]
Sigh. This is why I never post any more. Everyone has to argue. I live in Norfolk, the next own over from Foxboro. I just took the dog for a walk and I can tell you that we are very wet. Even more importantly, the winds are gusting. Moreover, the numbers below are all over 30% This Is the info - do with it what you will. Good luck everyone. |

Why is the total so low? (1) Daniel Jones played two lousy defenses and looked great. Then came Minnesota and they scored 10 points last week. (2) Patriots have four unders in five games. (3) I live ten minutes from the stadium and it is pouring and cold right now. It is supposed to get worse - including high winds. I'm guessing the Pats get an early lead and sit on the ball. |

I could point out that Troy has covered every game since Boise State until two weeks ago - Smith's first game at QB. I could point out that Smith can run and has had two weeks to get ready. I could point out the S Alabama's D is giving up almost 500 yards per game. I could point out the the Jaguars lost their first game by four points and then every other game by double digits. Until last week when they finally won - against ALABAMA STATE| I could point out that Alabama State is not Alabama. But all I need to know is that almost 70% of the public is on Troy and the line has been falling all day. Reverse line movement says... SOUTH ALABAMA +11 |

Don’t care if the game is fixed as long as I can figure out whom it is fixed for. ton of people on the ravens tonight after last week’s big win. Also golden boy Luck needs a decent game to show he’s legitimately back. NFL wants the colts So I do too.

Bowl games are all about motivation. UCF really, really wants to prove they belong here. Auburn's motivation's motivation ended with the SEC championship game. They are just here to have some fun. Give me UCF -12 (and a small wager on the money line). |

Does it worry you that money seems to be on FIU big, but the line hasn't moved? Makes me go hmmmmmm. I was leaning FIU (for all the reasons mentioned) but I wonder why vegas doesn't mind us taking that bet. Both offenses seem to br rolling in the second half of the season. Think I'll go over instead of a side. |

I think SMU will show, that even with the circumstances, it still has some bite... Books set the line to equal out the betting, not to predict the outcome. Public perception is more important that actual talent. Average bettor just knows SMU scores a lot of points and has never heard of LA Tech. The fact it went down 1.5 points is huge. Either take Tech or just stay away. |

Looking at the records, gotta like Army. But look at the level of competition. Second half of the season, Army beat UTEP, Rice, E Michigan, Temple (one good win), Air Force and Duke -- a combined 23-49. Navy losses were to Memphis, UCF, Temple (one bad loss), Notre Dame and Houston - a combined record of 43-14. That's a world of difference. Navy -3 |
