I'm trying to cash out but the customer call line is down. Anyone had any experience with bovada and their customer service call center not being online as it says. Does this happen often? I don't want to request a check, I want rapid transfer. But I have no idea where the hell to pick up the money. Do they go by my address/city when doing money gram? Any help would be appreciated.
