Winnipeg Jets have the best pool of prospects in the NHL.
The Hockey News has predicted they will win the cup within 10 years. Here are my Top 4 not playing with the Jets right now. Josh Morrissey - Morrissey is one of the elite defensemen in his age group. A key power play performer in junior hockey, his offensive instincts are immediately evident. He is an accurate passer and carries the puck with confidence. Morrissey is not hesitant to initiate the transition from defense to offense. His high level technical skills fit well with some of the young forwards in the Winnipeg system. Nic Petan - Petan had 35 goals and led the WHL with 78 assists; finishing plus-47 with 69 penalty minutes. Portland finished first in the U.S. Division and reached the WHL Finals for the fourth straight year; falling to eventual Memorial Cup champion Edmonton. Petan scored 7 goals with 21 assists and was plus-7 with 38 penalty minutes in 21 playoff games. In seven games for fourth-place Canada at the World Juniors he scored 4 goals with 1 assist and was plus-1 with 12 penalty minutes. Canada lost to Russia, 2-1, in the bronze medal game. Petan signed a three-year entry-level contact with Winnipeg in December 2013. Joel Armia - A budding power forward, Armia is one of Finland’s most heralded young players. He has a rare combination of size and goal-scoring ability, using his 6’3 to shield the puck and soft hands to stickhandle and shoot. He needs to work on his defensive play, especially 1-on-1, and his skating ability. Nikolaj Ehlers - Blessed with dynamic speed and sniper's hands, Ehlers did not have to adapt to the QMJHL so much as the league needed to readjust and try to stop the blazing Dane. Able to dance through defenders and fire his laser-precise wrister home, he will only get better as he continues to get stronger and more capable of breaking through physical pressure. Creative with the puck, He was the QMJHL’s fourth-leading scorer behind Anthony Mantha (DET), 20-year-old Marcus Power, and Halifax teammate Jonathan Drouin (TBL). In 63 regular season games he scored 49 goals with 55 assists and was +65 with 51 penalty minutes. The Mooseheads finished first in the Maritimes Division and advanced to the playoff semifinals — falling to eventual QMJHL champion Val-d’Or. Ehlers scored 11 goals (nine on the power play) with 17 assists and was +3 with 18 penalty minutes in 16 playoff games. He scored 2 goals with 4 assists and was +6 with 4 penalty minutes in five games for Denmark. Ehlers was selected to play for Team Orr in the 2014 CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game. He was ranked 13th amongst North American skaters in the Central Scouting final rankings and was selected by Winnipeg in the first round (ninth overall) in the 2014 NHL Draft. |

Colin Cowherd had an interesting theory on Pats/Packers and it really is starting to make sense

Idiotic theory. Taking the better defence +3 on the road.

How come you don,t mention how the ref picked the CAD defense at the point off the draw in the USA end. That clearing enabled by the refs interference on the Canadian defense hit the post and nearly scored for USA to win the game.
All kinds of chances both ways.

Goltz is slated to start according to WFP. Where did you hear he was out? Bombers will still get beat but by 12? 12 is a lot in the Cfl.

Panthers seem to always beat them. I'm not laying -170 on the Jets.

Covering the one possession angle. OK.
On the Ravens to cover and win going away. However if they win by 8 we'll both take the cash!

Why pay that much juice to move from 7.5 to 8.5? Worried about a 2 pt conversion? 8 is not a real key number.

Like your Sunday picks. On both. Go Ravens!

Judging by your picture I wouldn't expect you to believe in math or statistics or any of that devil talk, but to call someone stupid when clearly the numbers suggest he was right is just ignorant. You don't think you're smarter than Harbaugh do you? Who would I trust? Former Head coach of one of the smartest universities in America, former NFL QB and current successful head coach of a billion dollar enterprise? Or some dumb hick taking pics of himself in his doublewide? Side note, take down your picture dude. No forum full of dudes wants to see some chubby muscle on another white trash redneck. I get enough of your look on Sons of Anarchy commercials LMFAO
