Have a minute to go from the 20 with no timeouts, you could have run the ball there once ...OSU couldnt stop it all night...from a chance to be 2-0 to 0-2.. replied to Snow Emergency in Philadelphia in NFL Betting It is Noon and no snow yet. Reason for the snow emergency is the roads in philly are terrible even when we get a few inches of snow. If we do get the 12 inches forecasted (which was supposed to start at 7 am today) this city will shut down. Happens every time we get a major snow fall.
