Thanks for the serious responses.  I like the idea about the sports leagues.  That is something I am going to look into as the weather warms up.  I attend quite a number of events so meeting people is not exactly a big issue.  It is meeting quality people that is the tough part. 

I still care about this girl and wish her nothing but the best.  So for those of you saying I should give it another shot that is not the issue.  Have you ever had a relationship with someone who is great but they had faults that you couldn't get over?  That is probably the toughest part because all my other relationships ended for "bad reasons."   We tried to work on her health issues but time had just run its course. 

Hooking up with a random chick is not going to do it for me, I honestly think it will make me feel worse.  I will feel better when I meet someone who is as good or better quality person as my last GF.

      Looking for a place to share a story and I always end up back here in GD.  Please take it easy on the grammar and puncuation.  It is not my strong suite in the first place plus I have drank a bottle of red wine.

      I dated this girl for approximately 2.5 years and we broke up in November.  She was an awesome girl: attractive, intelligent, loveing, caring, she had a lot of good things going for her.  The bad news was:  she is always sick (migranes, flu, colds, etc...) if you name it she had it, with her medical conditions she had a hard time making a steady income.  Lastly we grew apart and rarely made nookie.

    So on to the reason why I am writing this.  I am f$$ked up in the head.  I am the one who broke up with her, however I can't get her out of my head.   I have a business which I spend a lot of my time and energy on.  Besides that I am having a hard time keeping busy.  I am 29 and almost all of my friends are either married or living with their significant others.   That is what I thought the best resource would be, hang out with guys, do guy stuff and I will feel better quicker.  However, that is not an option unless I make some new friends and that is probably unlikely but you never know.

      I know some of the young guys are going to say just hook up with a hot chick and you will move on.  Well I have been out on a few dates since the breakup and let me tell you as I got older looks are not as important.  I went out with a pretty hot blonde who probably couldn't score a 13 on the ACT.  I thought she might have trouble reading off the menu.  I went out with another gal who was a nurse, but has crazy hours and I think she thinks that I am better then her.

      My questions for you guys (preferably you divorced guys) is what do I do?  How do I get some kind of enjoyable life back?  I make money, I have material things, but I want to have happiness.  I just took a trip for my friends 30th which was awesome.  It was a step in the right direction but now I am back to reality. 

Do I need to somehow make new friends?  Do I want to hang around my married friends and their significant others and children? 

Any advice is much appreciated.

Don't post much anymore, but I really love the number available on the Bears today.  Bears +4 is absolutely rediculous.  Yes the Packers are on fire and beat philly and ATL in consecutive weeks (I was on GB in both of those games).  Now the market is overreacting to those last two wins IMO.  I think this game should be a pkm or Bears -1.

It is possible for the GB packers to blow out the Bears or even cover the 4!  However, as IlliniBill pointed out you have very little clue when it comes to sports betting.  All the sharp money will be on the Bears.  Does that mean that the Bears will cover?  Absolutlely not!  However, over the long term the public will lose money. 

For what it is worth I will be heavy on the Bears +4.  I think that line is off 4 to 5 points. 

Best of luck, 3.5 and 4 is a hefty price to lay with the Packers on the road.

Update:

I was told that I would receive a call from T-monile within 72 hours on my "urgent" case.  I received no such phone call so I took the iniative to call t-mobile on my own.  I was transfered to a supervisor immediately and I explained my case.  He asked me to be patient so he could try to figure out what happend.  After 8-10 minutes he had no clue what this representative had done.  He then offered me $150 instant credit (would take 2 days to post and be credit on my next bill) or he would have a check sent out to me for $150 that would take approximately 5-7 business days. 

Cliff Notes: T-mobile still continues to have very good customer service IMO.
