The market is crap right now with high rates and unrealistic sellers unless they have debt on the prop. Now would be a time to get in and set yourself up for when the market corrects itself in my opinion. Tons of old guys are retiring and younger agents/ brokers going back to selling cars etc

 I'm actually an isles fan. I just always loved watxhing Messier lead the Rags to the cup in 94. Great captain and the guaranteed win was legendary. Not to mention his cup run with Gretzky in Edmonton.  He could score with the best of them and fight whoever. Rare combo

Thank the gods. Would’ve been a huge swing for me. That was the last leg of a 5 teamer. Thought I was home free after the doink. Can’t believe I had to sweat it again with 18 seconds left after another interception that looked like I was the QB throwing it 

That -5.5 1st half bet would’ve been a moose and a half after those joke penalties and being up 17 on the lowly jets in the 2nd Q. And an int as I type still time to get screwed

 I'm glad I'm up in the hills where most homeless addicts are too lazy to walk up. I've seen so many people just walk out of CVS without paying while I'm standing in line to pay and no one cares or does anything. They wall tight by the security guy and he doesn't blink. Makes me wonder why I even bother paying myself. They need to change so many policies. You can steal 999$ worth of goods with no consequences
