Wayyyyyyyy too much love for the Over. Ravens defense is BETTER than it was last year and their offense is WORSE than it was last year. Ravens will have trouble stopping the run at times this season. However, the Broncos aren't going to gash too many defenses on the ground. I see long possessions, bend but no break style defenses with 4+ sacks total in this game. Penalties in the opener will halt some drives as well. I really LOVE the Under 48. Good luck tonight!!!! |

You have no clue what you're doing. It's obvious. Please just do the right thing and resign and allow the Brewers to move forward with a manager that actually understands baseball. And even more important, a manager who understands that his job is put the best players on your 25 man roster. |

What would instant replay do? In the NFL, they STILL get it wrong.

For being such a poor manager. You just don't understand how poor Rodney is do you? Obviously your lack of baseball knowledge keeps you from understanding that Rodney sucks. And I THANK YOU FOR IT!!!!!!!

Andy Pettitte is a freaking joke. NO CHANCE this guy is legit. What a mockery MLB testing is today. NO WAY this guy at age 40 and 41 is having the best years of his career. I mean, MLB is a freaking joke. ANYBODY, a TEN YEAR OLD can look at the stats and say, "Something's up"! Selig has to go! |

Mike Fiers took the mound in his first start of the season a few weeks ago and completely bombed (I think it's okay to use this word now). Roenicke, being a typical manager, must mess with something. They don't even know what it is most of the time that they're going to mess with. But, they know, darn, I just stand around the clubhouse eating these free sandwiches all day long doing nothing, I have to do something to make it seem like I'm worth more than a penny. So, they mess with things. Roenicke decided to mess with Fiers. Roenicke "saw something" and decided to pull Fiers from the rotation. Roenicke sat there in the clubhouse munching on a free (and I'm sure delicious) corned beef sandwich, analyzing the "stats", and said to himself, "my team is better of with Peralta and/or Burgos pitching every fifth day." The manager of the Brewers, whose job it is to put his team in the best statistical chance to win the most games possible, is getting a paycheck (quite high one) to NOT do his job. Roenicke is putting his team in the position to win LESS games this season by doing what HE THINKS is his job. He THINKS his job is to have the "pulse" of the club. He THINKS his job is to have the "pulse" of each of players. Well, I think he's tricked himself into believing these things. The truth is that he just wants to continue eating those free clubhouse sandwiches. |

The Brewers sending Fiers to the minors because of ONE poor start (his FIRST start of the season) absolutely shows how inept the Brewers Organization functions. Ron Roenicke basically told the baseball world that he has no clue on how to run a Major League franchise! |

Roenicke continues to make decisions in which puts his team in statistical disadvantage. There's NO reason why Mike Fiers is not in the rotation. Fiers had a poor outing in his first start. So, Roenicke decides to skip his spot in the rotation because of a sample size of FIVE innings. This guy shouldn't be making decisions for a Major League Baseball club, IMHO!

Ron Roenicke was released from the hospital and I’m certainly happy his health (back) is OK. However, when a manager makes stupid decisions, I must call them out. Roenicke is skipping Fiers’ spot in the rotation because of Thursday’s day off. I have NO problem w/ a manager skipping a pitcher in his rotation, particularly early in the season, because of a day off. Why? Because, you can start your best pitchers and increase your chances of winning. However, w/ the ole skipper, Roenicke, he’s REDUCING his team’s chances of winning, which is THE EXACT OPPOSITE JOB OF WHAT A MANAGER OF A TEAM IS SUPPOSED TO DO!!! Fiers is without a doubt the Brewers’ 2nd best starting pitching option behind Gallardo. The grand ole skipper, Roenicke, is basing his decision because of a whopping 5 inning sample size in Fiers’ first start of the season. Instead of skipping Estrada or Peralta, both of whom probably shouldn’t be in any MLB starting rotation, Roenicke is going to skip his SECOND BEST STARTING PITCHING OPTION BECAUSE HE DIDN’T LIKE WHAT HE SAW IN FIVE FREAKING INNINGS. And you wonder why the Brewers aren’t going anywhere this year. It’s because their manager is decreasing the team’s chances of winning. |

Adding MNF - Green Bay -3. I just can't believe Russell Wilson is going to beat Aaron Rodgers. I will lay the small number even on the road. 2012 College Record is 0 - 1 2012 NFL Record is 7-4. |

Another 3-2 week in the NFL. Back to back 3-2 (or 60% weeks) to go along with a 1-0 week #01. 7-4 to start the season off in NFL. Not too bad!

2012 COLLEGE RECORD – 0W 1L (Just catch the damn ball and this is a 1-0 start for me – Just catch it. You’re a wide receiver. Your job is to CATCH the BALL. Just catch it. Just catch it. OK, I feel better now. 2012 NFL RECORD – 4W 2L WEEK THREE 1. Dallas -9 – TB went in the wrong direction in the 2nd half of last week’s game. Dallas finally gets their home opener for this season and they’ll be looking to get the stink off them after last week’s debacle in Seattle. At home, Dallas should make this a 30-17 win with a late Touch from TB to make it a little closer than it should. 2. Cincinnati +3 – RG3 is making the Skins competitive again. Good for him. But, can the Skins stop the run? BenFranklinYellowEllsbury (or something like that) will have a field day against this Skins run defense. Bengals will win the game and I won’t need the points, but I’ll take them anyway. 3. Buffalo -3 – I will continue to take the Bills. I believe their improved defense along with an offensive style that can put up points quickly, while going under the radar mostly, lends itself to some profitable situations early in the season. Browns rookie QB should feel the pressure. This is a home game for Cleveland, which bothers me a little bit. However, I’m only laying three points on a team that I think can win by double digits. 4. Arizona +3.5 – Arizona was a great team to bet on when they played at home last season. The Eagles seem to struggle on the road and they struggled early in the season last year. Randomness? Maybe. But, I think a QB style like Vick takes a little while to catch a groove. Besides, he killed dogs and I don’t like him. When the Cards are at home getting points from teams on the east coast, sign me up on the Cards. 5. San Diego -3 – The Chargers, don’t look now, have started the season 2-0 and now have a home game against a team from the east coast time zone coming off an emotional home win on MNF. Can you say let down? Chargers are getting ready to start the season 3-0. I will lay the small number this week. |

Just another season underway and not too many people can pick winners better than me.
In college, I don't see a reason not to take UNC. Take the Heels +3 and that's really the play of the weekend. But, most people want their NFL action. So, here goes , take the Bills -3.5 and Fitzpatrick should have a good day for you fantasy owners. Other games this Sunday are Eagles +1. The history of MNF home winners going on road the following week as favorites is rough. As of now, I could see the Eagles giving the Ravens a loss on Sunday. Rams +4. Not often a rookie QB can go on the road for a team's home opener as a favorite and win the game, much less cover a 4 point spread. You gotta be thinking Rams here. Saints -1. I've been saying this for 6 months now, Cam Newton could be one of the most over rated players I've seen in the past 10 years. His fantasy numbers in 2011 were good. But, I just don't see the performance in "real" NFL. Saints don't do great on the road and/or outside of the dome not to mention everything else going on with that franchise, so this is a little risky. But, how often do you get Brees at a pickem? Dallas -3 @ Seattle. How do you NOT take the Boys in this spot? Russell Wilson at Seattle's home opener will hear the boo birds. This is one of those TGTB so watch out, but I'm liking the Boys.
Recap: Tarheels +3 Bills -3.5 Eagles +1 Rams +4 Saints -1 Cowboys -3 |

Is this for real? Are you honestly suggesting the outcome of a game played in 2007 should affect the Line in a game being played in 2012? Seriously? Or this a joke or something?
