Man, I like to wait until things shake out a bit but I cannot help myself.

Old Dominion +10 (-120) @ Maryland 

3-2 Overall.. bad miss on Lions last week. Here we go:

San Francisco -9 (-110) vs. Miami - Jimmy G creates an element in the offense that Mullen/Beathard cannot access. Another week of practice to deploy Aiyuk and Samuel gives the 49ers threats all over the field. I think this offense carries the team into the postseason but this week is a little more risky due to Jimmy's health and the 49ers intent to run the ball. If their defense can generate pressure with front four I like SF 31-20 tomorrow.

Atlanta -1 (-115) vs. Carolina - At some point, the Falcons get off the schneid. I think it is at home this week. The defense is porous and Carolina has played on field performance has been better than expected. However, I like Gurley to go for 100+ on the ground and Ridley to get involved again. ATL 27-24. 

Added:

Detroit +4 (-110) vs. New Orleans - For obvious injury-related reasons, I am playing this line. In addition, I still believe the public over-values the Saints. 

2-1 last week.. Dallas had plenty of opportunities to cover. 

Philadelphia +7 (-110) @ San Francisco - This game interests me given Philly's start to the season including the 0-2-1 record and, once again, laundry list of injuries. Now, they travel to the West coast to play the also-battered 49ers. There is no doubt that SF is still the better team but this is a regression to the mean play.

Prediction: 23-20 Eagles 

Atlanta +8 (-125) @ Green Bay - The Falcons defense has stunk but Green Bay's is not great either. Atlanta has proven they can score and, in the NFL, I will take the points more often than not. Again, a regression to the mean play where I believe the Falcons are capable of keeping pace, at least.

Prediction: 34-28 Packers

First week posting NFL, usually let first couple weeks shake things out. 

Minnesota +3 (-120) - recency bias is a huge inhibitor for casual bettors, imo. Vikings have been unimpressive and nearly 60% of bets coming in on Titans. Kirk Cousins really can't have a worse performance than last Sunday. I like the Vikes to pick one up on Sunday. 27-23 Minny.

Chicago +4 (-135) - ARob comes alive and Tribusky continues improved play but Falcons kick a late field goal to get their first win 26-24. 

Dallas +5 (-110) - Too much respect for Seattle. Wilson deserves all the praise but the Cowboys have the players to turn this into a shootout. Seattle wins an instant classic 33-30.
