Can someone please post their system plays using Rough's system for those of us that dont have excel or the spreadsheets. I am sure Im not the only one that would like to see them so we can use them as an additional tool to do our own handicapping. Much appreciated if someone could do that and best of luck to all.
Thanks

Sorry gang for not checking in in awhile. I needed some time away to clear my head and make further adjustments after recent beatings with the system. That being said I have made some changes using home/away stats as well as overall numbers.

Hey rough welcome back, sometimes thats all it take s is a little mind clearing. Is the formula still the same as the original, i mean the math part...i know you said that you looked at h/a, and overall stats...just wondering if the math part is still the same as the original...i know that some variations was to take an average, add this and subtract that...thanks in advanced

College & NFL Spreadsheets are up for this week for whoever is interested. For all those following remember to cap your own factors and use YPPT & HFA only as one of many factors. The average performance lately has been a result of the NFL teams starting to level out around this time of the season so keep that in mind.

Action- Are those plays based on the +/- 7pts from the original YPPT System?
BOL
The plays were actually based on my NFL filter of Away/Underdog/Cover according to the YPPT & HFA formula. If the formula predicted a cover for an away dog (not using the +/- 7pts), it would become a play. Datamined back to the start of this thread and through Week 11 with results of 25-10-2. Of course past results mean nothing and it may be too late to jump on board as the books adjust, but only time will tell. Looks like this filter may just be in the NCAAF games however. NCAAF will take some time to apply the correct filter since the data is so large.
