I ended up getting Anaheim at -133 (5dimes reduced line).  I don't want to come this far and lose it by the game going to overtime.  GO DUCKS...please!
 
I also round-robined NJ, Montreal, and Vancouver.

BOL . I'll be rooting for the Ducks tonight. But, about the line, what exactly is a 5dime reduced line? Anaheim is plus money for the regular time win so I'm guessing it's a push if game goes to overtime for you ?

Hey guys, do you know of a website where I can go and track the o/u records for previously played NHL games? I looked on wager tracker but I can't find the line for o/u on there, it's blank. Any help would be apprecitated. thanks

Eli,

5dimes offers reduced lines every day a few hours after the normal lines go up.  Those lines are just like the regular ones (regular ML only), but are just at better rates (i.e. instead of -140, I got the Ducks ML at -133).  I believe they only keep them up a couple hours each day. 

0-0 in the 2nd right now...let's go DUCKS!!!

We were on the 3rd leg of this anaheim team.  took first 2 game wins in NBA and applied to anaheim.  Lets hope they hit!!! 1-0.
 
I would like to find out which 1 team did not hit in this system - to find out the units that would have been lost.  It would probably be about 13 units I would guess (assuming ave -150 line) 1.5+ 3.75 + 7.875 = 13.125 units.  The closer it gets to -200 average, the uglier it gets (2+6+16 = 24 units )

Anaheim this series has been -175, -132, and -143 or would be a (1.75 + 3.63 + 7.69) loss or 13.07 units...not too bad with lower later lines.

Anaheim up 1-0 in the second...lets see if we can keep the streak going - would be nice to update unit total though so record isn't deceiving.

I can also answer your question Cardinalsfan. It was Edmonton during their homestand between December 11th and December 16th.  Because it wasn't clear what expert was doing, we have to base the record on plays posted in this thread. This is what happened:

expert picks Edmonton on the 11th and they lose
expert picks Vancouver on the 13th and Edmonton wins
expert picks Edmonton on the 16th and Edmonton loses ( big time  9 - 2 hehe )

So, it might have been bad luck but it still counts as a series loss. Everything else was perfect.

The streak is alive . I'll try answering the other comment about updating the record. Here goes:

EDMONTON loses on the 11th of December with a line of -155
VANCOUVER loses on the 13th of December with a line of +115
EDMONTON loses on the 16th of December with a line of +108

This is the three game chase that was lost and it totals a loss of 8.14 units.

So, in reality, record is 71 - 1 and + 62.86 units. But, keep in mind there are chases currently ongoing. I think Nashville is getting to it's 3rd game tomorrow so it might get expensive if the home stand gets ugly. Hope this clears up everything .

Funny thing is that I won on the only posted loss (Edmonton one) because I played it based on the posted rules (fade bottom 8 home teams to lose a game, which Edmonton is). 
 
Bad thing is...you guys already won on Edmonton the other night because of the same situation and now I'm left chasing them and have to hope the Islanders can beat them tonight, the Islanders! 
 
This thing is great though, love it!

OMG, that was freakin brutal. Classic Islanders shit. Only a 2 goal lead this time but was really hoping you could pull this off. BOL with your upcoming plays. Hope you can end this soon

That's who I'm playing today, Ketut.  Expert likes to mix in handicapping so with a couple of home 'dogs today, don't be surprised if those aren't his plays.  If you can handle a couple of losses tonight and plan on making them up on a future game in the home series, you should be fine with those picks.

Blackhawks are 5-0 in the last 5 meetings.

S Jose -135            is the stronger team
Calgary                   Sharks are 4-1 in the last 5 meetings.

I would agree with the plays tonight expert but gotta put a major disclaimer here. This is a major deviation from the system since Phoenix and Calgary are very good home teams ( in fact , they are in the top 10 ) so fading them might be costly in the long run if luck isn't on your side. BOL with these series .

Calgary has: SJ, NYI, and St. Louis on this homestand.  Hard to imagine they won't win one of those (especially if they lose tonight).  Phoenix is 13-5-2 at home.  I'm confused by this deviation, but I'm not questioning you.  I realize Chicago and San Jose are superior teams. 
 
5dimes doesn't currently have a regulation line on Columbus/Detroit.  I guess I'll lay the major juice and hope Steve Mason doesn't have another incredible night.

I was not protesting the picks expert, just mentioning that this is a direct opposite play from the system that has produced the 71-1 record.

Nothing wrong with doing so if you are as confident as it seems with these fade picks. I love the Sharks so I see no problem with them winning tonight but the only pick that is scaring me off is Chicago for some odd reason. Perhaps the strong home record of the Coyotes and the nice streak the Blackhawks are on but we'll see. I was just pointing this out so that there was no confusion about how the picks were chosen.

Keep up the great work in these forums expert, very much appreciated.

And, seahawks, that is some major juice if you can't get the regulation. Then again, what if it does go to OT. BOL to everyone .

They now have the regulation line at 5dimes, it's -174.  ML is now at -300 !!!  Whoa (glad I locked in at -283).  $141.50 to win $50 on the ML.  I may try to get another $50 on the regulation line.
