@Calde13 Lmao tell me you know nothing about tennis without telling me. You probably didn’t watch Serena play to know how dominant she was on all surfaces.
Serena, who?
Serena, who?
Serena, who?
Wait wasn’t she the one that lost 6-1 6-1 to Joannette Kruger or 6-0 6-1 to Johanna Konta at age 17 ? So same age as Mirra - and in case you don’t know those two players that was because they were basically nobody’s that played at the time

No outlandish claims are being made here. If someone was saying Pegula would be greater than Serena that would be outlandish. But Mirra is 17. If there is zero possibility that she ever matches Serena then you believe that nobody ever will do so. I'll tell you someone else who will be a force in this next generation: someone else none of us have talked about or heard of. That's kind of how sports work.
I'll also point out that this argument is being made while presumably we're all watching what's happening on TV right now.

Serena was 17 - was those her worst losses ? - I just found some of her matches at age 17 - it is good to compare apples and apples and since Mirra is 17 I thought it would be relevant - but you want to compare it to when Serena was in her prime or what ? Doesn’t that kind of nolify the purpose of during a comparison? - so Serena was losing to nobody’s and Mirra has the past two weeks beaten EVERY single player that is anything at the moment

Serena has 23 slams and over 1,000 matches won so let’s slow it down lol. I’m not saying it’s impossible to catch her but this nonsense of 50% win rate at grand slam is outlandish.

What odds are you providing for such a bet - because if it is high enough we can find an escrow tomorrow

I literally took the first two matches I found from when she was 17 - if you can find two matches where she beats the rank 1+2 in a big tournament be my guest and post them ??

also mirra has a year more experience, she started at 15 while serena started at 16. what do you mean what odds, who's waiting around 15 years to cash out. I wouldnt wait 5 years unless it was life changing money. I like mirra but lets pump the brakes, she doesnt have a dominating game to begin with, not a power game, more of a finesse game which is cool, maybe closest comparison is muchova. let her win a major first.

I have a lot of money so we can easily make it “life changing” money

Very few people in this world has been bigger fans than I of Serena Williams I was even part of the movement that claimed she would even have a chance playing versus a guy (if you guys remember that was a thing) - But I for real think Mirra will give her a good run for her money here - but right now it is speculations from both sides - both me and you guys and we only know in at least 10 years where we stand - so let’s put it to rest - we can say you guys are right if you want - I will watch Rune now - as if he wins he will complete my perfect Indian Wells run this year - so take care

Do you have 85 million to put up as well ? Because I can probably gather it within a few weeks - maybe a month - I didn’t know you would bet that much so I probably need to take contact to a few guys I know etc

@Uman
Great match. One of the underrated improvements in her game is mental. Not acting like a teenager by getting overly frustrated or getting tight in big moments. She's been clutch and mostly cool headed since she started working with Conchita.

Today I'm on Teodora Kostovic +5.5 and probably gonna throw a sprinkle on ML at +400.
I'm also considering Townsend. She crashed out of IW quals hard, which was concerning, but she looked pretty good yesterday and I'm definitely swayed by her big North American hard court success that I outlined in an earlier thread.
