But, I just don't understand. Do you think that Jokovic is not one of the best players in the world? The fact is he is probably going to be one of the best tennis players we have seen to date. Might even pass Fed. Getting back to the point; Wawrinka doesn't have the skills to hang in with Joker. Jokers' downfall is: Playing VS other solid players that complement him. Wawrinka is a technical player with great cuts in slice and 1 handed-backhands but, doesn't have stamina and energy like Monfils and doesn't hit hard like Potro. I just don't even see today's being a challenge.
I respect you but I have to disagree with your prediction.

If you are able to write that, then i dont think you watched Stan his 2 matches. Especially against an in form player such as Nikishori. he was just sublime, once he got on a roll, he never looked back. Every game was close, almost deuce each time with a lot of 0-30 start. Nikishori did play extremely well as well. He had everything but Wawrinka was just too good.
HE warmed up against Del Potro, then played just too good against Nikishori. He did not dismantled, don't get me wrong, he was just better than him on big points.
I think when Stan is on an kind of run like that, he can beat anybody. and definitely proved it.
I only watched the fourth set of Monfils - Djokovic. Monfils could have push this match to a fifth set easily if i didn't collapsed mentally. I dont know if whetler he had cramps or not but he started to act very weirdly after each point and even during point.
Djokovic run away with this match only because he is the best of the best mentally and when he hasnt his best stuff, he is able to find a way to win with tactic. Its exactly what he did when he wasnt able to find a first serve midway through the fourth. he used the kick serve on a back hand of Monfils. He completely disrupted him whether he has to move forward or backward.
On every changeover, Djokovic had to call the trainer for his shoulder.
Wawrinka is gonna give him a fight. If Stan start well and can gather confidence, its going to ask a lot physically from Djokovic. Does he fit enough ? good question
