Well just got done talking with a long time friend of mine who makes a great point and thought i would share with everyone. He said if you take jeff garcia off of tampa bay and make him the starting QB with new england that the patriots would still be 13-0 and i agree. Also he said take tom brady and make him the Qb with miami and the dolphins would still be 0-13 and again i agree. See to be considered one of the greats you have to show the ability to win with very little and probably the best i ever seen do this was john elway this guy had very little early on in his career but still some how got that team to the superbowl and to this day i'm still trying to figure out how he did it and the only answer i can come up with is he was just great. So as you can see is tom brady really all that i mean there are some qb's on other teams that if you made them the qb of this new england team they would still be unbeaten see it's just being in the right place at the right time like getting a job or promotion does'nt mean that your great just means your kind of lucky!!!!!
I was going to keep quiet.. but you obviously have no clue. Tell me, in all seriousness, what did Brady have in his past 3 Super Bowl wins for talent around him?? Who were his RBS? Who were his WRS? Have they been the same consistent guys yr in yr out?? NOOOOO!!!
What has made Brady great is that he HAS WON with very little. Yeah, he might have had a good player or 2... but define what GREAT player that he has had, as compared with your obvious man crush QB Peyton?? Peyton has had James/Addai.. Harrison and Wayne.. Clark... a sick offensive line.. Get it yet?? And dont come back trying to compare guys like T Brown and Patten or Faulk or Redmond or Wiggins or Antwoin Smith or Branch or Givens or Graham or Dillion to what Peyton has had.
Peyton has had nothing but a consistent great offensive machine for yrs, while Brady has worked with nothing but a revolving door of mediocre to good players..
Figure it out.. Brady>Elway.. simple

Someone ask me if i could rate the best quarterbacks playing today so here they are the top 15 ranked in order of the best playing today......
#1 peyton manning #2 brett favre #3 carson palmer #4 tony romo #5 big ben #6 drew brees #7 vince young #8 jeff garcia #9 derek anderson #10 eli manning #11 david garrard #12 kurt warner #13 tom brady #14 donavon mcnabb #15 phillip rivers
So there you go guys the best playing today ranked in order so who wants to debate this list open for discussion!!
Guess this list you created falls into the 10%.. Brady #13?
To do, what he did, with what he had in his ROOKIE season, you'd think he'd get some kinda credit, no?
#13...and you see why even the novice fan thinks of you as
Brady Rules baby...believe that
BNJAMIN,
Glad you brought this to my attention i thought brady looked very very good sunday against the steelers so after looking everything over again i have now moved tom brady to number #10 on the list. I hope that makes you feel better and maybe if he keeps performing this well he will move up the list even more. Thanks again, bnjamin....

If Pats don't finish this with a SB win. Will this be considered the biggest choke job in history? I mean because there so dominant, how can anything besides an act of God defeat this team?
You are right this is going to be the biggest choke job in 40years but win the colts lost superbowl 3 as 18pt favorites they were'nt undefeated and there was'nt all this media attention that they get now the one thing the patriots will be remembered far 40years from now is the team who went unbeaten the whole season only to choke it away in the playoffs or superbowl!!!!!!!!

Brady has had very little around him? How about the best defense in the NFL consistently over the last 5-7 years? Defense wins championships. Ask Dilfer, B. Johnson, or Dan Marino. It'll come down to whose defense plays better the Colts or Pats. As far as whose the better QB. Brady has the better arm than Manning but Manning is smarter. Take your pick.

No shit man. Stop saying stuff that I already said.
Just a little advice... Go back to school and take a few english classes (if you aren't in school already. I would advise you to start with 4th grade english (learning about nouns and verbs, etc.), then work from there.
Are you from Chicago???

Yes, I honestly think they can. Odds of it happening are slim, but it's the NFL playoffs. Strange things happen. In a 7 game series, no they couldn't.
They are one of the hottest teams in the game right now. I love how our offensive/defensive lines are playing and how T Jack doesn't make stupid mistakes.
Let's make the playoffs first . . . . .

The Bears are not a good football team. They are very thin at the tackle position, their safeties suck, their LBs are overrated (Briggs is the best of the group), the offensive line is old and cannot protect their qb, they dont have a running game, their qb (I don't need to go there), their defensive coordinator (they wish they still had Rivera), and Jerry Angelo is a moron...

Guys, it's no use trying to debate with payton's boy-toy. Pats lose a game, he'll say that Brady sucks. Pats win a game, he'll say, "well the kicker won it for them". It's a no win situation. Just enjoy the rest of the season and let the attention person be.

Brady made it to #3 now
Just like the Jefferson's...moving on up
