- "Go on some dates" ; I have been on two dates and both were bad and in fact one was so bad that I even posted about it in the thread "online dating" but nevertheless it gets you back in the saddle and makes you realize that there are plenty of women are out there and there is no sense in worrying about the one women who no longer loves you.

Also, be prepared for her to try and play mind games with you. My ex posted a pic of flowers on facebook and said; "flowers so random", don't play into her hand just ignore and continue to think she is dead. She is just baiting you.

Just be a good man about it, don't post some sappy crap on FB or let her know you're down. DON'T GIVE HER ANY MESSAGE/IDEA THAT YOU MISS HER OR NEED HER BACK. She is gone and you're a better man for it!

This is one of the many reasons why we have family and friends. Life is full of ups and downs and we need our family and friends to help us back up. Besides you also have us. Just look at how many people responded with great advice. Plenty of us have been there and are willing to help you out.

Girls that dump guys will usually never want a guy back thats too upset, or crying to come back, etc...........honestly, its harsh, but they are probably already fucking a guy that they currently see as somewhat better than you in one way or another

you have to be clear you are upset with her decision with a short clear statement, then you move on.....becoming the happy guy who is going to be fucking lots of girls.......crying on the phone, constant calls etc., isn't going to get any girl back 99% of the time

Messier, try the phillipines perhaps instead of thailand.  cheaper and the chicks dont have as many superbugs.

Having just been through this for the last year let me put in my .02

I read some advice here on covers that I wish someone had given me after my break up.  DONT EVER CALL HER if she calls you feel free to take the call but ALWAYS be the one to end the conversation and do it quick (you have new things going on now).  One of two things will happen.  1.  She will wonder why you are not begging her to stay, or why you are not emotional and she will start to doubt herself...or 2.  She really wants nothing to do with you and you can keep your pride and not look back and wonder "what the hell was I doing"
Anyways...there is no better payback than success...bitches are petty by nature and your success will make her sooooooooooooo jealous.
Best of luck my friend and don't worry about how long it is before you slay that next beast.

time heals all wounds. some people are different and can hop right into another relationship or need a steady influx of box the second they get dumped to ease the pain. as cliched as this saying is, its not less true. there a more fish in the sea. go learn something new. cooking, a sport, dont know how athletic you are, but running helped a lot when i got my ass dumped and ended up meeting my current lady friend because of it.

just deleted her number and facebook. She ended up not calling. After all we've been through she ends it without even having a long convo. Thru text messages and a 1 minute phone call while she left her work for a second saying she'd call later. Fuck her....
