You don't know me from Joe so I will spare you the sermon until I have earned the right for your attention.
The_Presence's Plays for Week 5 NFL 2015 Regular Season
#1 Green Bay Packers -10 ($500)
Aaron Rodgers at home vs Nick Foles. Need we say more? Don't overthink this one. Other than their DL, the Rams suck.
#2 Philadelphia Eagles -5.5 ($500)
Saints are terrible on grass, they are even worse this year outdoors. This team just had trouble at home against a depleted Dallas Cowboys team and lost at home to a rookie QB led TB team. The Eagles are almost as bad, but the Saints Defense present an opportunity for their supposed hi-powered offense to get going on. As a Cowboys fan I hate Philly, but I smell a route by the Eagles.
#3 Cincinnati Bengals -2.5 ($500)
Bengals have been thumping teams at home the last two seasons, this game will be no different. I love Russell Wilson, he has made me a lot of money the last few years, but without Lynch the Seattle offense is atrocious. The defense will keep Seattle in the game in the first half but in the end they are outmatched from a personnel standpoint. Also playing the total for this game...
#4 Cincinnati vs Seattle Under 44 points ($250)
Seattle's best offense is Lockett on ST.
#5 New England Patriots -9 ($500)
I remember 2007. This will be worse. Brady vs Weeden. C'mon now.
#6 Arizona Cardinals -3 ($500)
Is Detroit desperate? Sure. Can they play offense? Nope.
Smaller plays
#7 Tennessee Titans +1 ($250)
Don't really like to bet on a rookie qb against a blitzing defense but Mariota is coming off a bye and is facing a Tyrod Taylor led one dimensional offense on the road. Bills were built to run and have no RBs to run the ball. Going with the home team in this intriguing game.
#8 KC Chiefs -10 ($250)
The Bears have the weapons to cover but KCs talented defense is ready to feast on the suspect oline that Chicago sends out there. Bears D was recently run over by a very weak Seattle run game and T.Rawls... what will happen when they run into Jamal Charles? Chiefs win a blowout.
Don't normally play this many games but this week offers many promising games.
I'll post my life story and all the reasons why my picks should matter to you later. In the meantime I wish you Good Luck and remember not to get caught up in the emotional aspect of gambling.
Life is an emotional rollercoaster, and betting on football games can really enhance those spikes in emotion.
Don't get caught in the terror of chasing, or the delusion that comes with a few right picks.
