Winners of seven straight, the Oklahoma City Thunder will look to extend their win streak tonight with a victory over the visiting Los Angeles Clippers.
My Clippers vs. Thunder predictions expect Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to keep cooking at home and for Norman Powell and Ivica Zubac to stay productive on the road.

Clippers vs Thunder prediction
My best bet
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 29.5 points (-160 at bet365)
My analysis
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s points prop is set at 31.5, but I’m happy to take shorter odds for the added insurance of Oklahoma City Thunder’s star guard cashing it. No player has racked up more 30-point games over the last three seasons than SGA, and I expect him to reach that milestone tonight.
Gilgeous-Alexander has averaged 35 points in two matchups with the Los Angeles Clippers this season, going for 45 points at home and 25 points at Intuit Dome. In his last nine meetings with LA, SGA has averaged 26.3 points per game on the road and 32.8 at home. He’s hit the Over in four of those five home games.
On the season, SGA has scored at least 30 points in 18 of 32 games, including eight of 16 at home. Los Angeles ranks fifth in defensive rating on the season at 108.4, but that’s fallen to 13th (110.9) across their last five.
SGA has been on a roll, averaging 34.5 points per game across his last 10, including eight 30-point games — three of which cleared 40. All three of the 40-point efforts have come across his last five outings, and I expect him to stay hot at home, where he has excelled throughout his career.
Clippers vs Thunder same-game parlay
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 29.5 points
Ivica Zubac Over 12.5 rebounds
Norman Powell Over 22.5 points
Ivica Zubac continues to shine for the Clippers as the team’s leading rebounder. The big man is averaging 12.5 rebounds per game, including 11.6 at home and a healthy 13.5 on the road. He’s only pulled down 13 rebounds in 13 of 33 games overall, but he’s done so in 11 of 16 on the road.
Oklahoma City has surrendered the second-most rebounds to opponents this season, and Zubac grabbed 14 and 12 in two prior head-to-heads this season. We’ll go back to the well with Zubac in another favorable spot.
Norman Powell leads the Clippers in scoring at 24.3 points per game, and he’s scored at least 23 points in 18 of 26 games. Like Zubac, he’s played well on the road and hit the mark in seven of 12 outside of Intuit Dome.
Powell has hit 24 points at home and 31 on the road in two games against the Thunder this season, knocking down 8 of 14 triples in the process. The Thunder have allowed the second-worst 3-point percentage this season overall but the 14th-best 3-point percentage at home. This isn’t a matchup to shy away from for LA’s leading scorer and 3-point specialist.
