The NBA playoff odds continue to evolve tonight as the Miami Heat look to the stave off elimination against the Boston Celtics, while the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers continue to wrestle for control of their 4-5 series in the West.
With the popularity of same-game parlay picks, we're sure more than a few of you will be wagering on them tonight, so we've put together our best SGP NBA picks for the May 1 matchups:

Our betting experts have scoured through today's NBA odds to find your best SGP bets for Wednesday's NBA lineup:
Heat vs Celtics same-game parlay (SGP)
Jayson Tatum Under 27.5 points
Jayson Tatum Under 2.5 threes
Jaylen Brown Over 2.5 assists
If my best bet is Tatum Under 27.5 points, I think you can see why I am interested in also using his Under 2.5 threes in our SGP. If Tatum isn't knocking down shots from beyond the arc, he isn't going Over this number at 27.5 because Adebayo's rim protection will disrupt his shots at the rim.
Jaylen Brown's Over 2.5 assists prop doesn't correlate to the Under on Tatum's points, but I'm including it in our SGP because it is a player prop that I played a straight bet on as well. Mavericks vs Clippers same-game parlay (SGP)
P.J. Washington Over 10.5 points
Russell Westbrook Over 8.5 points
Over 207.5
Washington is projected for as many as 14 points against his shortest scoring prop of the series. His defense keeps his minutes high in Game 5.
Westbrook will get extra run with Leonard out of the lineup. He’s forecasted for 10+ points off the bench for L.A. tonight.
We’re seeing a big swing in the total for this series, down to 207.5 after a Game number of 221.5. With a rusty Leonard not burning up possessions (11-for-24 in series), I expect a more efficient offense from the Clips.
