My analysis
Penn State is coming off a bye week, perhaps a chance to gather itself after an incredible 33-30 come-from-behind OT win over the USC Trojans last time out.
The Nittany Lions put up 34.2 points per game, centered around a devastating rush attack pumping out 201.2 yards per game.
Meanwhile, the Wisconsin Badgers have resurrected after getting crushed in back-to-back losses vs Alabama (then no. 4) and USC (then ranked 13) by a combined score of 80-31.
They’ve been absolutely dominant in three straight wins, putting up 117 points and surrendering 16 to climb to 3-1 in the Big Ten. Offensively, they’re right up there with PSU, churning out 194 yards per game on the ground and scoring at a 29-point average.
The Badgers’ run defense has also been stout over the last three games, surrendering an average of just 131.3 yards per contest.
The Nittany Lions sit just 2-4 against the spread in six games this season, while Wisconsin has covered in three straight after starting the year 0-4 ATS.
This is a game PSU should win, but if it starts out slow again and the Badgers can find some daylight with their own run game, they'll hang around.

Nicholas Singleton is coming off his worst rushing game so far this year — gaining just 26 yards on 10 totes — but he still caught four balls for 39 yards and a TD against USC.
That gives Singleton a TD in every single game this season, with three on the ground and three through the air. He’ll play a big part on Saturday and find paydirt again.
OU transfer Tawee Walker has been a wrecking ball during Wisconsin’s win streak, picking up 126 yards on 23 carries last week against Northwestern.
He’s rushed for at least 94 yards in the last three games, including an outstanding 198 yards and three scores against Rutgers.
Penn State might own a dominant run defense, but the Badgers commit to pounding the rock: They currently lead the Big Ten in rush attempts per game with an average of over 40. Walker will get plenty of chances to find daylight.
