Dolphins vs Rams MNF Prop Bets: Run & Gun

Miami will lean on Tua Tagovailoa's arm and Raheem Mostert will still run enough as part of the Dolphins' tandem to go Over his rushing attempts prop on Monday Night Football vs. the Rams.

The Los Angeles Rams and Miami Dolphins face off in a battle between two disappointing teams. The Rams have won three in a row to improve to 4-4 while the Dolphins have lost three straight to drop to 2-6.

My best NFL player props for Monday Night Football are targeting a pair of running backs and a quarterback on the road in Los Angeles.

Read on for my player props and NFL picks for our Dolphins vs. Rams predictions on Monday, November 11.

For more, we've also got a spotlight on Tua Tagovailoa props from analyst Sam Farley.

Dolphins vs Rams MNF props

Prop bet #1: Kyren Williams first team TD

+175 at FanDuel

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams has scored the majority of his team’s offensive touchdowns this season with 10 thus far: eight rushing and two receiving. The only other Rams to find the end zone through eight games are Demarcus Robinson (five) and Cooper Kupp (two).

Williams is priced at -195 to score a touchdown but we’re bringing that all the way to +175 here with the First Team TD Scorer market instead.

The running back has scored more than half of his team’s touchdowns and he almost always finds the end zone before his peers. He’s scored the Rams’ first touchdown in seven of eight games this season.

The Dolphins have only allowed eight passing touchdowns through eight games while conceding 10 on the ground, making this a great price to back Williams and the Rams on Monday night.

Prop bet #2: Raheem Mostert Over 7.5 rushing attempts

-128 at FanDuel

While Miami Dolphins running back De’Von Achane has taken the bulk of his team’s snaps and carries, Raheem Mostert hasn’t been too far behind. Achane has 93 carries in eight games (11.63 average) with Mostert at 11 per game (55 in five contests).

Mostert has had at least eight carries in each of his last four games. The Dolphins have committed to a shared backfield and although it’s not paying off in terms of their win-loss record, both Achane and Mostert are playing their roles well.

Since returning from injury, Mostert hasn’t even really come close to this 7.5 carries mark. He had 19, 11, nine, and 10 in the last four after just six in his season debut.

The Rams have played a few other teams that split carries this season with both David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs getting double-digit totes in Week 1 and the same for James Conner and Trey Benson in Week 2.

Prop bet #3: Tua Tagovailoa Over 1.5 passing touchdowns

-114 at FanDuel

Tua Tagovailoa suffered another injury scare early in the season but this will be his third game back under center for the Dolphins. He’s thrown for three touchdowns with zero interceptions in his last two games including a pair in Buffalo last week.

The Rams haven’t done a great job against the pass this season with Kyler Murray, Brock Purdy, Jordan Love, Sam Darnold, and Geno Smith all throwing for multiple touchdowns against them. They’ve allowed five over the past two weeks to those last two names, and have actually allowed three touchdown passes in three different games this season.

We have a high total here at 49.5, so there should be a decent number of points on both sides. Look for Tua to stay hot here in Los Angeles.
