There are just three weeks left in the NFL regular season, which means now's the time to start racking up the wins in your NFL ATS pools to secure a finish in the money spots.

My Week 16 NFL picks against the spread have us backing a couple of underdogs of more than a touchdown while also laying double-digit points with two teams in the perfect situational spot.

Expert Week 16 ATS picks

Broncos vs Chargers
Broncos Broncos +3

I've been a big Chargers hater for the better part of the season, but this team is finally showing its true colors. L.A. has dropped two straight and three of four, and on a short week, face a hot Broncos team. I'll take Bo Nix and the elite Broncos' defense.

Texans vs Chiefs
Texans Texans +2

I am writing this on Tuesday, which means the status of Patrick Mahomes is uncertain. If he's out, the Texans will become the favorites. If he's in, the line may go up a point or two. Would you risk Mahomes in this spot with a two-game lead over the Bills in the race for the No. 1 spot? I wouldn't.

Steelers vs Ravens
Ravens Ravens -6.5

The Steelers beat the Ravens in Week 11 by scoring six field goals while watching Justin Tucker miss two of his own. The chances of this happening again are slim, and the Ravens are in a perfect spot to lay a whooping in a revenge spot.

Giants vs Falcons
Giants Giants +10

The Falcons do not trust Kirk Cousins to throw the football, and that was evident against the Raiders on MNF. They now take on the Giants on a short week, and while the G-Men may not be good, you can't lay double digits with the Falcons.

Patriots vs Bills
Bills Bills -14

Is this a potential letdown spot for Buffalo? Possibly, but if Patrick Mahomes is out for the rest of the regular season, the Bills could very well run the table and snag the No. 1 overall seed. Buffalo wins this one going away.

Browns vs Bengals
Browns Browns +7.5

The Bengals will probably be one of the most used teaser legs in Week 16, and rightfully so. Are they better than the Browns? Sure, but laying over a touchdown vs. anyone is a tough ask, especially when your defense can't stop a nosebleed.

Lions vs Bears
Bears Bears +6.5

The Lions are banged up and the Bears just played a stinker on MNF. Naturally, the move would be to take the points in another closely fought division affair.

Titans vs Colts
Colts Colts -4

Whether it's Will Levis, Mason Rudolph, or Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer under center for the Titans, their offense stinks. Colts win this one and move themselves to within one game of the Chargers (who I have losing on TNF).

Rams vs Jets
Rams Rams -3

The Rams are a good team. The Jets are not. Give me the healthier, more motivated side in this no-need-to-watch-from-start-to-finish contest.

Eagles vs Commanders
Eagles Eagles -3

While the Commanders may appear to be good, wins against the Titans and the New Orleans Saints corpse (almost lost) don't move the needle much. The Eagles are a powerhouse and should be able to run the ball at will and cover this field-goal spread.

Cardinals vs Panthers
CardinalsCardinals -4

The Cardinals are good at beating up on bad teams, and the Panthers fit the bill. After three hard-fought losses to the Chiefs, Bucs, and Eagles, the energy level was non-existent vs. the Cowboys, and the Panthers were blown out. I expect a similar result here.

Vikings vs Seahawks
Vikings Vikings -3

The Seahawks are "optimistic" Geno Smith will play, but even if he does, I'd take the Vikings here -3.

Jaguars vs Raiders
Jaguars Jaguars -1.5

Nobody should spend a minute watching this preseason game, but here I am, taking the visiting Jaguars on a whim.

49ers vs Dolphins
Dolphins Dolphins -1

The 49ers are done for. Their offense has gone downhill in a hurry, and the Fins are trending in the right direction, winning four of their last five games. Mike McDaniel may be coaching to save his job, so motivation matters here.

Buccaneers vs Cowboys
Buccaneers Buccaneers -4

One team is fighting for a division title, while the other is the Cowboys. How do we not bet the Bucs at this spread with Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans playing lights-out football?

Saints vs Packers
Packers Packers -13.5

Whether it's Jake Haener or Spencer Rattler, the Saints are still getting blown out in this spot.
