The Los Angeles Rams are set to face off against the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday Night Football.

Oddsmakers are expecting a close and high-scoring game, which is why my Rams vs. 49ers props are betting on a big performance from Brock Purdy and San Francisco's aerial attack.

Read more as I'm also backing L.A. running back Kyren Williams to find the end zone in my NFL picks for December 12.

Prop bet #1: Brock Purdy Over 258.5 passing yards

-113 at FanDuel

Although Kyle Shanahan has always preferred a balanced offense, the San Francisco 49ers might not have any running backs left in their stable. All-Pro running back Christian McCaffrey and top backup Jordan Mason were already on the IR, and it now looks like third-string RB Isaac Guerendo could be sidelined as well.

The rookie speedster shined in his first career start last week but suffered a foot sprain and is questionable for Thursday. With Guerendo having a short week to get healthy, San Francisco will likely use practice squad RB Patrick Taylor Jr. as its starter.

That should lead to the Niners leaning on Brock Purdy and their aerial attack. Luckily for them, the Los Angeles Rams struggle to defend the pass, ranking 29th in the league in defensive dropback EPA and 30th in yards allowed per pass attempt (7.4).

Purdy was extremely sharp against the Bears' stingy pass defense last week, completing 20-of-25 attempts for 325 yards.

Prop bet #2: Jauan Jennings Over 67.5 receiving yards

-113 at FanDuel

When these teams clashed in Week 3, Jauan Jennings broke out with 11 catches for 175 yards and three touchdowns. The wideout was hobbled by an injury throughout October, but he's looked healthy since the Niners bye in Week 9, racking up 90+ receiving yards in three of his last five games.

Jennings hauled in seven of eight targets for 90 yards against the Bears last week, and that was despite a positive game script that saw the 49ers run the ball on 55.7% of their possessions.

Some bettors might be wary of backing Jennings since Deebo Samuel complained about wanting the ball more. That said, there'll be plenty of targets to go around with San Francisco relying on its passing game this week.

Prop bet #3: Kyren Williams anytime touchdown

-160 at FanDuel

Kyren Williams rushed for 87 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries in Sunday's victory against the Bills. He has rushed for 1,013 yards and 12 touchdowns while adding another 155 yards and two scores through the air.

The Rams running back has scored a TD in 10 of 13 games this year and now he faces a banged-up 49ers defense that has been vulnerable on the ground and in the red zone.

The Niners are 28th in the NFL in defensive rush EPA and 27th in defensive rush success rate. They also rank 31st in the league in both red-zone defense (72.1%) and rushing touchdowns allowed per game (1.5).
