Tanner Boser vs. Ovince Saint Preux is the co-main event for UFC Fight Night betting on Saturday, June 26.

This will be a crucial bout for both fighters as they look to bounce back from disappointing losses. UFC betting lines currently currently have the younger Boser installed as a slim -150 favorite while OSP comes back at +125.

Here are our best Boser vs. Saint Preux picks and predictions for UFC Fight Night on June 26 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

Boser vs Saint Preux betting preview

After Maxim Grishin withdrew from this event, Tanner "The Bulldozer" Boser accepted this fight on short notice despite going the distance against Ilir Latifi just three weeks ago. Boser will look to get rid of the bitter taste from that split-decision loss to Latifi, where he had a 45-10 advantage in significant strikes but was owned on the mat.

Boser is now 3-3 in the UFC but has lost back-to-back fights. The Canadian doesn't stand out in any one area of MMA but has good boxing and leg kicks, can string together decent combinations, and has a solid gas tank for the division.

Ovince Saint Preux is a former light heavyweight contender that earned a title shot against Jon Jones in 2016. He's been mediocre since then, however, going 3-5 in his last eight fights, including a second round TKO loss in his previous bout last December against Jamahal Hill.

Saint Preux was originally supposed to fight Grishin at 205 pounds but missed weight when he fought Hill and used to play football for the Tennessee Volunteers at 240 pounds, so this might be a more natural weight class for him. He previously fought at heavyweight against Ben Rothwell last year, losing by split decision.

The 37-year-old is long and athletic and can throw bombs, while also being a dangerous grappler. Only six fights in UFC history have been ended via the Von Flue choke—and Saint Preux has pulled off four of them.

Boser vs Saint Preux UFC predictions and betting picks

PREDICTION: Moneyline Boser (-150) - OSP certainly has power and does a good job of mixing in kicks, but he still has plenty of holes in his striking and gets hit way too much. That makes him a good matchup for Boser who has good hands and will be looking to be more aggresive after his output waned over his last two fights.

Boser lost against Latifi because he was controlled on the mat by the wrestling specialist, but he barely took any damage in that fight. Saint Preux has some top-notch submission skills but isn't anywhere near as good as Latifi in terms of offensive wrestling and doesn't have  a single takedown in his last three fights.

If OSP can mix in his wrestling he might have success but I don't think he'll be able to implement that style against the younger and hungrier fighter in Boser.
