Thanks for the write up and picks. Love ya man!
Amazing run, I wish I was smart and just played your picks but I am a dumbass degenerate and bet on teams like Illinois (basketball) and the Jets.

Gasparilla Bowl
Wake Forest Demon Deacons -2.5 ($1100 to win $1000)
If you've been following my picks this entire Bowl Season you will know I rarely bet on teams who come in with little or no momentum and who ended their seasons in a funk but this one is a little bit different. Missouri made it into the Bowl Season with wins in their last two games of the Regular Season while Wake limped their way in going 1-4 SU in heir last five games but here we are. Wake coach Dave Clawson is a pretty good Bowl Game coach and if you are questioning whether they care about a game like this look no further than their 38-10 demolishing of Rutgers in last year's Gator Bowl. Missouri Head Coach Eliah Drinkwitz is 0-2 in Bowl Games as coach of Missouri and it's been almost a decade since this program's last Bowl Game win. Most Gasparilla Bowls have been lopsided and blowouts with the last four and nine of the last 13 being decided by 10+ points but this is the first time two Power Five teams play each other here so who knows what we are in for.
The key to success this season for Missouri has been their passing game. When they throw all over their opponent they win. That's not good for Wake Forest who have a pretty terrible pass defense but Tigers WR Dominic Lovett (leading receiver with 56 catches, 846 receiving yards and 15.1 yards per reception) is transfering out and he had double what any other receiver has in receiving yards this season. The loss is significant. Missouri has the #91 ranked passing offense in the Country with Lovett and are significantly weaker without him. All this talk about the Missouri defense who are ranked #28 in yards allowed per gane, #42 against the pass and #35 against the run but they will be without DL Isaiah McGuire who had 14 takcles for a loss, 8.5 sacks and two forced fumbles this season. We all know what Wake Forest QB Sam Hartman can do with the ball and he should have no problems moving the chains against this defense who lose their best pass rusher which is a big deal. As for the Wake Forest defense they won't pitch a shutout but if they can keep Mizzou to under 30 points they are in business. The Tigers have the #83 ranked points offense in the Country, will be without their best receiver by a Country Mile and have only scored 30+ against Louisiana Tech, New Mexico State and Abilene Christian this season. Won't be easy for them.
I know Wake Forest don't come into the Bowl Season hot but they've always been a bounce back type of team under coach Clawson and they are even better in non-conference play going 5-1 ATS in their last six games. Like I mentioned before Missouri has not won a Bowl Game in almost a decade, they are 0-2 under coach Drinkiwitz, they are missing key players on both sides of the ball and they are only 2-12 ATS in their last 14 games played in December as a program. To the naked eye Wake Forest may look like a bit of a trap play because the betting public is all over the Demon Deacons but QB Sam Hartman has been worth the price of admission his entire career here and this is his finale with some ACC Conference Records on the line. Mizzou got a big win over Arkansas to make it here but they needed 130 receiving yards from Lovett to do it and he is gone now and so are the top two pass rushers on the Tigers defense. Wake Forest wins an exciting game.
