Daunte Wrights and his failure to just sit still and get a summons has made his family as rich as George Floyd’s! Way is it people of color have trouble with simple commands from the police?   99.9 % of these incident are escalating results of failure to listen to instructions and Comply!

Good luck explaining anything to people who think the police are judge , jury and executioner ...That is until their orange messiah loses an election than its assault  the cops by all means necessary..

What, do you think you're a doctor now, AA? You need pressure on both sides of the neck to render someone unconscious through compression of the carotid artery but you can put a guy out through compression to the chest. When I was a kid, we'd play a "game" which basically consisted of one of us standing against a wall and the others pressing his chest until he passes out. Compressing the carotid (sleeper hold) cuts off blood. The other just effects the ability to get air into the lungs.

The drug dealer boyfriend and the fired the first shot boyfriend were two separate and unrelated dudes. The drug dealer was an X-boyfriend. The dude who fired was just a dude in bed with his chick who thought someone was coming through the door. I'm sure he knew her past. Probably thought it was an armed robbery attempt. I don't think they even charged that guy with anything. The gun was registered and everything. Bet he's got a way hotter chick now.

 i listen to many many podcasts where people are wrongfully convicted of all kinds of crap and the number one thing i have learned cops and das and even judges in some cases are dirty as hell will hide evidence from defense attornies just to get convictions even when they know the person is innocent and theres proof that will prove they are innocent the cops and das in some cases just dont care and want the case of the books and surprise surprise they even openly committ brady violations the justicesystemis broken beyond repair

Correct about the 'can't breathe' part; incorrect about the murder part.  For example, this quote:

Maybe so.  But this is the counter points from other 'experts':

(1) He's not a 'rogue cop'  (2) He had over 800 hours of training on how to handle these kinds of situations (3) Floyd OD'd on Fentanyl (4) Your narrative is racist.

Exactly. Watch ALL of the videos. Chauvin's knee was not on Floyd's neck. It was on his shoulder blade. The video that went viral was taken from the front and the media had everyone convinced that Chauvin's knee was on Floyd's neck when in fact it wasn't. Also, in order to make Floyd pass out and die, both sides of his neck would need to be constricted at the arteries. The state's witnesses are just virtue signaling and are so afraid of being called rascist, that they are testifying about things that aren't even relevant to the case

100% incorrect. If you watched the actual testimony rather than the Newsmax editorial summary, you would have seen three witnesses testify exactly to this point, including one who was able to specifically state based on Floyd's body reactions when the oxygen level in his brain was not sustainable for brain function.

 They were. In fact, from watching the defense presentation thus far, I believe they are conceding manslaughter but arguing no malice aforethought as well as contributing factors to the death. 

He medically concluded this from a grainy video?

I will defer to you on this, as I for sure, did not watch the testimony.

Of course when deadly force is required they should use it 

However how the F doesn't a 26 year vet not know the difference between a taser and firearm ??? 

White people get harrassed and shot by a hole cops as well ..This isnt just solely a minority issue

 Maybe it is an OJ strategy to present different alternatives from different lines of questioning. But I have not seen that yet. They seem focused on contributory factors of death (manslaughter) rather than claim the Officer was no factor (complete acquittal). 

Given that the Government never offered a plea to manslaughter (and my opinion is that is only because of the publicity), it isn't surprising that this becomes defense strategy.
