I give thanks to the Lord for my life and everything He has provided for me and my family. I obey and follow God's laws and someday my life will be even more meaningful, the day that God accepts me to live with Him and the others who are saved in His Kingdom of Heaven for all eternity. Just imagine living a eternal life in paradise!
Yes...indeed my life is very meaningful especially when I get to the 2nd stage of my existence it will be the purpose of why I was living on earth in the first place. Anyone who rejects this reward and believes life is just meaningless is well....just a utter fool!

So System and KittyKtaz, discussions like these are fine when their is a
mutual respect for the other's view. But when you disrespect like you
do, why should anyone care or listen? You don't contribute, you only
take away, tear down, and resort to name calling, and quoting someone
else's views like Hawking, like he is so special that he alone, in the
history of man and societies, has discovered the truth. Wonder why
there isn't a larger following to Hawking? Many in his own field do not
respect him. BTW, What do you think? Have you come to your own
conclusion based on the evidence? What is truth? You just take cheap shots at those that have put their entire heart and soul looking into the matter. If I thought there
was even a point to continue in this thread I would, in the hope that
you would be open to at least considering any of what the Rostos,

You're a moron. Christians can't even agree on what a Christian is. And when do you think one is a Christian? Do you have to be practising? Are Jehova Witness Christian? A lot of evangelicans don't see Catholics as Christians.
If there is one truth only as you say in the bible -. how come Christians can't agree. Catholics and protestants have been fighting for centuries.
Why were the first European people who came to America?
Did it have something to do with the fighting within Christianity?

I really dont see the problem, i really dont.
God gives people the choice to accept him or reject him.
The non believers have rejected him. He honours that choice. what is the big deal? I would look at God differently if he didnt respect your choice, but he is true to his word.
Why are the non believers complaining, they dont believe God exists so they wont see his face.

I will use this quote to address YESTERDAY. This is my problem and why I insult you guys. Not because you believe in magic, but because your brains are too small and you are too ignorant to acknowledge the unbelievable scenario where this DOESN'T happen. No matter what the laws of physics are, there MUST BE LAWS OF PHYSICS. They are what they are for us because we are here to perceive them. They can easily be completely different in a completely different universe and we would be in that universe thinking the same thing. Why is this such a hard concept to grasp? The odds of there being a planet that develops perfectly for life is as close to 100% as any probability can get. The fact that you can't accept this as a possibility is mindboggling, especially given the fact that I acknowledge it as a possibility that your god actually exists and created the universe (or maybe it was another god we don't know about, or maybe the flying spaghetti monster, or maybe it was a magic alien, or maybe it was some being we can't comprehend-all distinct possibilities). I am not the one being ignorant, it is you.

His life has been well documented in history books and of course in the New Testament of the Holy Bible. Jesus Christ proved He was the Son of God when He performed all those miraculous miracles and when He resurrected from the dead three days after His crucifixion. To deny this recorded history is to deny or reject Jesus Christ as our Lord Savior.

Hey thanks Rostos for posting that debate. 
I found it to be quite an interesting debate. IMO the Christian theist Professor William Craig clearly won the debate, he had very strong compelling arguments.
The atheist Mr. Stephen Law was at times hard for me to clearly hear what he was saying, I mean at times he would go into almost a whisper...lol Whereas Professor Craig was very easy to understand. I guess it also had sometime to do that Professor Craig has an American accent and Mr. Law has an British accent.

Are you people still debating this? The sad part is that someone who cannot be over 100 years old (withing a few years anyway) really believe they know everthing about a world created so long before they were a wet dream it is pathetic, but if it helps you live with the fact that you are going to die and have reason to comfort you, so be it. There is nothing stronger than faith, no matter what that faith is in, it manifests into reality in other area...
