Are you trying to compare Gods judgement on people as the same when a man decides to take the life of another for any reason?

You should be ashamed of yourself. Somewhere I read that you had 15 years of attending a Catholic school and so you should know the scriptures well enough that it can be misinterpreted but on the otherhand maybe you just weren't paying close attention in your studies and your parents wasted their hard earned money on you to be properly educated.
A few posts ago I did answer your question concerning punishments during the time of Moses and the answer I'm going to give you here is pretty similar to the one I gave you earlier. So let me explain again and please don't keep asking similar questions concerning the Old Testament when I have already given you an answer that covers punishments in the Old Testament, it makes me think that you don't have a good memory and are not very bright.
Jesus Christ said, "Don't misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not even the smallest detail of God's law will disappear until its purpose is achieved. So if you ignore the least commandment and teach others to do the same, you will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven. But anyone who obeys God's laws and teaches them will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven." ---Matthew 5:17-19
So in otherwords Jesus didn't come to us to amend or change any laws that were written in the Old Testament. All of the laws that God handed down to Moses which includes the Ten Commandments and laws like forbidden sexual practices still stands. However the punishments for disobedience were direct instructions to Moses to carry out when God spoke directly to him and should not be confused by one thinking God wants us to carry out those punishments today too...no, no, no!!! This is how people can get in serious trouble today by misinterpreting the bible.
It is like a military commander who gives a direct order to a subordinate to carry out. If someone else sees the order it is not for them to carry out. Only the subordinate who received the order has the authority to carry it out. And yes God said thou shalt not kill but when He gives a direct order that is the only time where killing is permitted and this killing by the authority of God is justified because it is a killing or punishment for disobedience which to God is a serious capital offense.
So there is your answer. The bible is not telling people who are currently living in the 21st century to round up homosexuals and kill them...you got it? They will get their punishments directly from Him because homosexuality is and will always be a sin to God as written in the Holy Bible.

I would like to further continue on what heaven will be like in addition to what I've already said on pg. 57 post #1409 and on pg. 59 post #1469.
Paradise is in God's kingdom of heaven. God is the light of heaven, the joy of heaven.
The bible says, "The wall was made of jasper, and the city was pure gold, as clear as glass. The wall of the city ws built on foundation stones inlaid with twelve precious stones. The first was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, the fifth onyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh erald, the eight beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, the twelve amethyst. The twelve gates were made of pearls---each gate from a single pearl! And the main street was pure gold, as clear as glass" (Rev. 21:18-21
All sorts of beautiful images come to mind when we mention heaven. More than anything else, heaven is a spiritual world where one spiritual being is in touch with another spiritual being and there is total communication and fellowship. Whatever we consider to be a joy here on earth will be heightened millions of times beyond anything we can conceive when we get to heaven. "No eye has seen no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him" (1 Cor. 2:9).
In the Middle Ages philosophers talked about the "ultimate good." The ultimate good to them was being in the presence of God. That will be the greatest aspect of heaven. Those who are there will be in His immediate presence, in a way no one can possibly know this side of eternity.
Being in God's presence will bring an intensity of delight that will far exceed anything we could know here on earth.
"I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, "Look, God's home is now among His people! He will live with them, and they will be His people. God Himself will be with them" (Rev. 21:3).
The Bible says that those human beings who are fortunate enough to enter into heaven will actually judge angels (see I Corinthians 6:3). The fallen angels -- or demons -- will come before us and we will decide their fates. We do not know for certain what tasks we will be performing in heaven, but there will obviously be an ongoing, functioning universe. We will be God's messenger-agents in ordering and running it.
We do know that we will be able to recognize our loved ones in heaven, and we will experience great joy over being reunited with them (see Luke 23:42-43, Hebrews 12:22-23). Your real self will live on in heaven, not some shadowy part of you. You will never feel so alive as when you enter into the heavenly city, the New Jerusalem God has prepared for the saints.
There is also going to be an extension of man's mind beyond anything we could begin to understand now. There will be an opening of understanding into the secrets and mysteries of the universe. Furthermore, in heaven there will be no fear of any kind of evil, and God will provide magnificently for His people.
What is heaven like? It is better than anything any human being could ever imagine when he tries to picture the best thing that could ever happen to him.
God is good!!

Can you determine the hour of your death? Nothing is so uncertain as life.
"In a moment they die. In the middle of the night they pass away; the mighty are removed without human hand" (Job 34:20).
God warns of presumption.
"Look here, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we are going to a certain town and will stay there a year. We will do business there and make a profit." How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog---it's here a little while, then it's gone. What you ought to say is, "If the Lord wants us to, we will live and do this or that" Otherwise you are boasting about your own plans, and all such boasting is evil. Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it" (James 4:13-17).
"Not everyone who calls out to me, "Lord! Lord! will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. On judgment day many will say to me, "Lord! Lord! We prophesized in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name. But I will reply, I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God's laws." ---Matthew 7:21-23
So after all these passages I have given you, one would think it will be too late to repent on your death bed and besides as I have said nothing is so uncertain as life, here today but gone tomorrow, the point is the sooner you repent the better off you are to be saved....understand?

What were you doing while attending Catholic school for those 15 years? Seems like you didn't retain anything you learned. You should know the answers to the questions you ask.
