NHL: wash ML...
NBA: gs-4....missed putting in your other "suggestions" ANGLE...nevertheless GOOD LUCK to all.....
Lakers-Clips So Cal Chase 23-12 ATS or whatever I was-just got too difficult to cap these guys with all the injuries and drama but you know I couldn't resist a little West Coast Jet lag play tonight after the longest of trips, even better because it's PHX and like Angle says, they gotta beat em after the choke job to start the trip, right?
So when everyone's going that way, I'm goin the other-yeah, sure PHX is gonna say they're going to get us, right? Wrong....
PHX +8.5 hopefully 9.5 by tip
PHX first period too...
Look to fade the Clips when they return too and as a bonus-
Ducks over 5.5 tonight-shoot out at Chitown...GL

ANGLE, nice job!
2 games for teams coming home from atleast 4 game road trips.
Lakers played in Miami on Sunday, now host Phoenix. Last time these 2 teams played, if I recall, Lakers were leading most of the way, then collapsed at the end. I think the PUBLIC will be all over the LOOKERS. Finally home and payback. BUT 9 points is too many! These roadie fades coming home tend to go Under. So a small parlay there. The Lakers were on the road for 14 days (?). They call it the Grammy trip.
GSW played Dallas on 2/9. Now home to Houston. Not really that long of a plane ride and 3 days home. Not sure I'm betting HOU, but definetly not taking the Warriors.

Here we go again...
LAC comes home after beating up Philly on Sunday. They wanted to win the last 2 to finish the road trip at .500. Goal accomplished. Now they play HOU, where HOU lost at home 117 - 109 on 01/15/13.
From Scoresandodds.com:
HOUSTON is 34-27 against the spread versus LA CLIPPERS since 1996
HOUSTON is 41-20 straight up against LA CLIPPERS since 1996 |
32 of 58 games in this series have gone UNDER THE TOTAL since 1996 |
I'm placing a very small wager on HOU and the UNDER. I'm breaking a rule of playing against the Clippers, but teams cominng HOME from a road trip aren't doing so well.
After the Lakers, I'll be starting a Clipper chase. I think they start another winning streak. BOL if you play.

Good work Angle...more info to back your claim.
Kings are 1-6 vs spread on road if they played night before

Current line Indiana -10 Note: When the Pacers host the Bobcats in the finale for both teams before the All-Star break Indiana will take the court off an embarrassing 5-point loss as 9-point point home chalk to Brooklyn on Monday night. That sets the table for tonight's contest as Indiana is 19-5 SU and 16-7-1 ATS at home off an immediate home loss when hosting a foe off a SU underdog win.
With Charlotte off an upset win over Boston and just 5-15-1 ATS in games
against opponents off a loss this season, look for the Pacers to improve to 9-2
ATS at home on Wednesdays here tonight.

The Huskies have lost six of their last seven games, but four of those came on the road. Two of those losses were in tight games against top 25 teams, losing to Arizona 57-53 at home, as well as losing to the Ducks in Oregon by a score of 81-76.
Washington will host Oregon on Wednesday night, looking to bounce back from a
pair of road losses to UCLA and USC. Despite their recent struggles, this is a
game the Huskies will expect to win at home. they have won 11 of the last 12
meetings with the Ducks in Washington.
When these teams faced each other
in Oregon earlier this season, the Ducks shot 57.8% from the field, but
committed 24 turnovers, while allowing the Huskies to shoot 51.9 %, and only
came away with a win by a narrow five point margin. The change of venue should
yield a different result, especially when you consider Oregon has shot just 39%
while losing three of it's last four.
When the Huskies lost at home to
Arizona earlier this year, it was their first loss in their last five games
against top 25 teams at home. That game was a close one, with the Huskies coming
up just a little short. I expect the Huskies to earn another home victory over a
ranked opponent on Wednesday.
