Match OF COURSE the public got away with one!The one fear, the ONE fear you have with betting the Browns outside of the talent gap is the boneheaded coaching moves. I couldn’t have been more overjoyed seeing Tyrod leave. And incredibly in true Browns style, Hue says he’s not committing to Baker as a starter after him being only the second QB 35 games to win a game.An epic dumpster fire of a franchise only adds fuel to the infernoThanks LC
It's window dressing. It's so he can sit Tyrod down like a man instead of him hearing it in a media hot take. The media has become to involved in sports and I like when coaches and players don't give them the scoop they are thirsty for.

He owes TT nothing! The guy has been a Brown all of 2.5 games.
But I understand your point if it’s being deferential to someone’s ego, which seems a bit insane given how well compensated these guys are, they shouldn’t get a complimentary window dressing.

He doesn't owe him anything, and it's not so much about ego. It's just the right way to handle it. As little as he owes Tyrod, he owes the media even less. And in today's day and age, when media is so powerful, these reporters think they're owed something. They aren't. They want a coach to give them a scoop literally 12 hours after the game. It's a rookie move.

Should I even say it? The kid looks like the real deal.Poised and delivering on target.I have always like Tyrod and felt him to be "safe" and fairly reliable but the difference last night was startling.Yes, I think the Browns lose if Tyrod stays in the game. No, it does not matter, a bet is a bet and gamblers who think otherwise are simply losers.Grats on the win Scal

The Jets game plan was based on TT. With no Intel or history on BM how could the Jets have been prepared?
Call it what you want, but Hue didn't call checkdowns or screen passes or even running plays to get the kid into the game. Mayfield was firing missiles right out of the gate. That's balls...
Halftime must of been a mess in the Jets locker room trying to figure out what they were going to see in the 2nd half. That mentally set the Jets D back, compiled with the physical fatigue of playing a 3rd game in 11 days... the Jets we done.
Even with that the Jets still had a shot but I called the game on the 2 pt convert. I went to bed knowing I lost tied at 14's.
I stand by my Jets pick and props to those who won with Cleveland. Crazy game.

Agreed Kev.The way CLE lost to NO couldn’t have scripted this game any better for CLE backers.
I'm a jets fan, that was a tough loss. But I couldn't help but feel happy for CLE and that energy when baker came out was indescribable. and thats from watching on tv, couldn't imagine being there as a browns fan.
it was equivalent to a football movie like remember the titans lol. I hope they make the playoffs, still a chance. Those missed PATs and FGs in the beginning of the year, costing them the win is so tough to swallow mow that theyre right there to win the division if they has those 2 wins. but theyre definitely on the right track, good for them.
