Just look for the threads that say lock of the week, month, year, decade, century and bet a shitload of money.  It's that simple my friend.

Once you start you cannot stop until you lose everything. You are fucked!

Keep losing so that we can keep taking your money.

Eventually you will graduate to a winning player in another couple of seasons.

Then you can take money from the newbies.

The question is can you make it that long?

Just write down your pick and put the money on the other side.

Put the money in front of you and watch it come or go.

Play with what you have.

Ignore these idiots first of all....they are giving this stupid advice because they know how to lose themselves.I'll bet your problem isn't picking losers but just bad money management.Keep all your bets the same amount unless you get a good tip like a late injury,weather,ect.CBB is the way to go right now.Good luck.Winnning is fun and profitable.

Advice from a Psychologist - If you betting on sports in negatively affecting other areas of your life its time to either time to stop completely or create a plan that won't create so many negatives. Here's some things to think about:
 
1. Budget your money - allow yourself only to spend in a month what you can afford to lose without impacting your ability to pay bills and affect your relationships. If your gambling to make money and your not - what is the point - find a new strategy - your picks are not working
 
2. Ask yourself why you are gambling? What are you getting out of it? Pros and Cons?

gambling can become a serious addiction.  i many of my runners have looked to a 12 step program.  there are some good support groups out there if you really have a problem.  my grandfather has been going to aa for years and this has helped him.  trying to conrtol your gambling is not an option.  either you have a problem our you dont.  the only relief is to stay away all together.
