The New York Times First Known COVID Case Was Vendor at Wuhan Market, Scientist Claims The new analysis suggests that the first known patient sickened with the coronavirus was a vendor in a large Wuhan animal market. The report, published Thursday in the prestigious journal Science, will revive the debate over whether the pandemic started with a spillover from wildlife sold at the market, a leak from a Wuhan virology lab. The scientist, Michael Worobey, a leading expert in tracing the evolution of viruses at the University of Arizona, came upon timeline discrepancies by combing through what had already been made public in medical journals, as well as video interviews in a Chinese news outlet with people believed to have the first two documented infections. Worobey argues that the vendor’s ties to the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market, as well as a new analysis of the earliest hospitalized patients’ connections to the market, strongly suggest that the pandemic began there.
Let me guess, the Moon landing was also staged!!!

Very interesting article, but it really is inconclusive.
There is no conclusive proof either way where this began except obviously somewhere in China.
But historically these type of viruses do originate from animal sources.

US Army bars vaccine refusers from promotions and reenlistment as deadline approaches
(CNN)
With less than one month until the Army's deadline to vaccinate its active-duty force, the service will begin barring soldiers who refuse to be vaccinated against Covid-19 without an exemption from reenlistment, promotions, and other "favorable personnel actions."
The Navy and the Marine Corps issued similar guidance last month, paving the way for the discharge of service members who refuse to be vaccinated.

Though the Air Force hasn't issued specific guidance about reenlistments or promotions, Secretary Frank Kendall made it clear Thursday that airmen who refuse the vaccine will be discharged.
"The bottom line is that willfully disobeying a lawful order is incompatible with military service and to get a vaccination is a lawful order," Kendall said.
Last month, the Navymade it clear that it will pursue discharge for any sailors who refuse vaccination without a pending or approved exemption.

Yes, military services are working as one team, servicemen/women are subject to protect himself/herself as to the other comrades. Unvaccinated service crews will very likely induce unnecessary hazard to the others.

Despite unprecedented vaccine mandates and oppressive lockdowns in Democrat states, more Americans have died from COVID-19 this year (Biden) than in all of 2020 (Trump), according to Johns Hopkins University.
According to National institute of health, vast majority of covi d deaths occur among unvaccinated population. At least 100,000 deaths are preventable by vaccination. Tragically, US vaccine hesitancy is among the worst in the world. Without vaccines and public health restrictions, potentially millions of US deaths in pandemic.

I think hospitalizations have more to do with underlying conditions, obesity, elderly than having or not having the vaccine. Clearly people with the vax are still ending up on the hospital. Maybe the gov't and media needs to warn us about what category of people are ending up on the hospitals.

this attitude of vaccine hesitancy clearly coddled in 2020 and enabled by failed trump admin and moronic allies which carries over to this very day

Please explain why people with vaccine are in the hospital? If the vaccine was supposed to save everyone, why are boosters needed, why are people still ending up in the hospital? Maybe the vaccine isn't as effective as it was originally thought to be and maybe the virus is effecting a certain group of people more than others, with or without the vax.
