 Who is paying for the baby?  The state?  If you force women to have babies they don't want, I guess the state has to pony up for the expenses.

Miami herald reveals the mother receives welfare benefits and the father is unable to help.  Without parents, she is unemployed and hasn't finished school.  So obviously this kid isn't ready to care for a baby.  However most mothers don't abandon their babies for adoption. Teenage mothers and their babies who survive pregnancy have a higher risk of poverty.  Ideally, states that reduce abortion access have a responsibility to increase support for women with unwanted pregnancies.  But historically, states with the most restrictive abortion laws tend to have the weakest social safety nets and higher maternal mortality. 

States pay their budgets with this.

These are constitutional because congress gives states alottment to disperse to unwed mothers. This is then reimbursed to the state by vacant parents in terms of child support.

The state takes money licences and incarcerated non compliance so the feds give the states and the parents also give to the states. So state makes twice as much. 

The surplus is the states and goes to highways governance infrastructure public safety ECT ect. The state support system in red states are directly impacted by the amounts of child support whether the feds or citizens. 

The state has yet to directly tax estates and send the burden to the child after death. But many citizens die owing child support. And their children have retired by that time.

States go on to enforce child support in prison systems if you have money on commissary and owe child support the state seizes that money. The fine non compliance and you never leave the owed support do to late fees fines and sentencing structure but abortion does not budgetary sense. 

The some red States is too far invested in the monetary support system to allow such practices.... Ei abortions 

MSNBC reveals Florida teachers union oppose DeSantis proposal to hire military veterans (without degrees) as teachers.  Previously, he bans books on gender and racial discrimination.  Now he wants to replace education with indoctrination.  Education law center found Florida ranks among the worst states in lowest funding per student and fewest teachers per 100 students in public schools.

Florida judge determines that DeSantis '"woke" law is unconstitutional.  In schools, the law amounts to racially motivated censorship denying free speech, academic freedom and access to knowledge in schools.  In businesses, the law curtails training on diversity, inclusion, eliminating bias and prevention of harassment in workplace.  Other lawsuits challenge his abortion ban and voting restrictions.

More & more people across the nation are encouraging Desantis to run in 2024. His popularity on both sides knows no bounds.

Several people arrested as part of Ron DeSantis' voter fraud stunt were notified by official government entities they were eligible to vote, according to court documents and interviews. The defendants said they had no intention of committing fraud.

Most cases of voting fraud are actually errors by election workers.  Florida has failed to create a system where election workers can easily verify whether someone is eligible to vote or not.  Confusing Florida law automatically restore voting rights to people with felony convictions except for murder and sex offenses.  They shouldn't be prosecuted because law requires proof of intent to defraud.  Voting fraud is still so rare that it has never determined the outcome of any major election in the US.

 United nations human rights committee report that Florida's anti-protest law discriminates against free speech according to MSNBC and Miami Herald.  Also US district judge determines anti-protest law can potentially criminalizes peaceful protesters.
