Global warming :: is it just a 'chinese hoax' like trump told us or is it serious?

At some point in the future aliens will land and vaporize us all into cosmic dust , resulting in our species becoming simple and irrelevant floating sub atomic particles that dance and play in the air while they search out for which part of the universe that they would like to travel …..

then one of you guys from here is gonna notice someone else from here even though we will all be relegated to those tiny states of matter , and the eventual attack and power struggle when those two forces make contact and collide will cause the next Big Bang …..

and then another universe shall be created to add on to the existing collection . So maybe something good will come from this forum after all …..

At 28th climate summit, almost 200 countries agreed to do more to address man-made climate change.  Pledging to reduce methane pollution from fossil fuels.  Funding for adaptation and mitigation in developing countries.  Boosting renewable energy.

The weather in China is the coldest in 50 years!!

 

Beijing has declared warnings for extreme cold. 

Temperatures in the city of Yichun could reach -52.4F.

Meanwhile Russian natural gas flowing through the Power of Siberia Pipeline to China has reached record highs.

Funny, I can't find anything on Weather.com concerning China's cold snap, just Florida road damage and climate change causes more severe thunderstorms. Do ya think they are avoiding it? an_light

so every time someone stays silent and doesn’t find the need or the urge to communicate to make things better there’s probably someone else on the planet that speaks more and takes up the slack in the problem solving department in regards to trying to unify people through conversation and speech ?

Well, let's look at number of EXTREME alltime highs and lows in each state, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands since 1880 in 20 year increments;

1880-1899; 3 highs and 7 lows

1900-1919; 8 highs and 12 lows

1920-1939; 25 highs and 8 lows

1940-1959; 3 highs and 7 lows

1960-1979; 2 highs and 7 lows

1980-1999; 8 highs and 8 lows

2000-2019; 2 highs and 3 lows

2020-present; 1 high and 0 lows

Looking at percentage of each 20 years the period of 2000-2020 had the LOWEST percentage of change than ALL OTHER 20 YEAR GROUPS!! FOR BOTH HIGH'S AND LOW'S

Here are the percentages for high's;

1880-1899; 5.8%

1900-1919; 15.4%

1920-1939; 48.1%

1940-1959; 5.8%

1960-1979; 3.8%

1980-1999; 15.4%

Why is it Climate Alarmists state the current climate change brings extreme weather yet the data shows the last 23 years as the quietist in the last 143 years when it comes to extreme highs and low temps????
