So, did anything interesting happen today when I was away volunteering at my local Veterans Association?

Just got back and haven't caught up with the news yet.....

If this is true,  I'm sure the veterans would've told you how shitty it was that they were trying to get Trump,  a true patriot that loves his country and wants what's best for the American people.

Myths are that Trump tax cuts pay for themselves, boost employment and economic growth according to Brookings institution.  Pandemic stimulus spending deserves more credit than tax cuts in economic recovery.  Center for budget and policy priorities rejects extension of tax cuts which would worsen income inequality and add to national debt.  Congress budget office estimates Trump tax cuts are more costly than expected in the future.

Daniel Rodriguez, the man who attacked then-Washington, DC, police officer Michael Fanone with an electroshock weapon in the neck during the US Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, was sentenced Wednesday to 12 and a half years in prison.

Rodriguez, 40, had pleaded guilty to four counts in February, including conspiracy, assault with a dangerous weapon and obstruction of an official proceeding.

As Rodriguez exited the courtroom Wednesday, he defiantly shouted that “Trump won!” repeating the same lie that ultimately culminated in the Capitol attack.
