19 Defendants have until noon on Aug.25   to "voluntarily surrender"

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis announced Monday
that the 19 defendants listed in the 2020 election subversion
case indictment have until noon on August 25,
to "voluntarily surrender."

"Subsequent to the indictment, as is the normal process
in Georgia law, the grand jury issued arrest warrants for
those who were charged," Willis said...

        "I am giving the defendants the opportunity to
        voluntarily surrender no later than noon on Friday,
        the 25th day of August."

A federal judge in Manhattan on Friday denied
Trump’s latest attempt to delay the defamation
trial with writer E. Jean Carroll set for January, 2024.

The case has been tied up in litigation because Trump
was president at the time he made the statements.

The judge also opposed any further delay
accusing Trump of stalling the litigation with
Carroll for YEARS.
"This is the fourth attempt to delay the trial,"
Kaplan’s order said.

Carroll separately sued Trump in 2022 under the
New York Adult Survivors Act for battery and
defamation for statements he made in October 2022.
That case went to trial this spring and a jury found
Trump SEXUALLY ABUSED Carroll and defamed her.
