"can he"?  Yes, theoretically but he'll be too old by that point to run for a 4 year term.  He'd be 86.  As in "gonna get 86'd like Jeo Biden" No but seriously, we needed new blood 8 years ago, we are gonna be dying for it by '28 (no pun intended). 

Trump being relevant is good for the media outlets for sure, they can't get enough of it, reality TV without the programming costs at its' finest.

I was in a helicopter with Willie Brown and the entire SF 49ers defensive line, and they were scared. Like bigly bad. It was going down. Fast. And one linebacker, a big guy with tears in his eyes, said "Sir, save us." So I used my tie to lasso the prop, and slowed us down.

Harris says she is for the working class and will fight for them... she has had already 3.5 years to do so.  This administration is a complete embarrassment.   If this ticket wins , our once great proud nation will be in trouble.

 you know what sealed it?  When the last ditch talking point directed to Chevron.  That is why I responded with J and big game here.  The whole beef with the Chevron is the fact that judges don't have to respect the 'EXPERTS' and can just make their own decision.  This is not accurate, but this is the mindset of the current cat lady or person who hasn't had kids or is blindly voting on party lines.

So a judge in NY can just stop all expert testimony or not allow it in a non criminal charged that was upgraded to a federal felony, 

BUT because these SCOTUS rules against the Left it is bad, Chevron OMG, or the HUGE topic of ROEv.

In one appearance last week, she accused Trump of not "walking the walk" on border security while she just failed her assignment on it over the last 3.5 years. Then announces her plan to copy his idea of eliminating taxes on tips.

Patrons at Primanti's resturant in Pittsburg were told at 3:30pm it was last call and were kicked out at 4pm so Kamala Harris could fill the diner with basically actors and staged herself walking through and greeting supposed diners. 

This one action says it all.

Although the correct amount of taxes is not really reported accurately now because it is based on an honor system and well, most citizens are not going to be honest with the IRS if they could cheat and pocket the money....eliminating tax on tips is not acceptable...it is considered income and is supposed to be taxed...so many things are taxed that do not make sense, but if you start cherry picking and eliminate taxing tips then that opens the door for other areas...IMO, based on many employees and many businesses I have worked with in a tipping industry, this is not being handled accurately now...it is severely under taxed right now...employees are overwhelmingly under reporting taxable income when it comes to tips or cash payments received...this has been happening forever...it just doesn't catch up to them...it's a hidden income that is easily covered up when cash is exchanged...IRS or employer has zero control over it...only way to eliminate it is to not allow cash tipping, which we know will not happen...keep in mind that businesses are also not paying the correct amount of tax when this happens just like the employees are not...the whole tipping system is a bit broken if you are trying to regulate it...I don't think abolishing tax on it though is the right decision when it is straight income...what's next, let's get rid of the capital gains tax one achieves in the selling of their home...or inheritance tax...if you did away with these it would make a lot of people happy...why should the IRS get money from an investment you made in purchasing your home and selling it for more....you made a good decision and it paid off and so the IRS wants their cut...no different than taxing tips...it's a dumb topic to even discuss because it opens the door for so many other areas to be reduced...income is income...

 So using this logic I should boycott the NFL and specifically the Eagles right? Ive told this story before but years ago when Reid was the coach and I lived in Philly I went to go out to dinner with my family to a local place and we walked up to find a sign on the door saying that the entire restaurant was closed for the day because Andy Reid reserved the full place for him and his family. I found that to be quite pompous of Reid and have never forgotten what a little ego clown he is and the same up to this day.

I guess I should boycott the NFL because I am so angry that Andy reserved the entire place and nobody else could dine that night.
