 Agreed!  And of course prosecuting innocent people just to seek vengeance can backfire both in the public eye and in lawsuits for defamation....similar to the two innocent Georgia election workers who were severely defamed and traumatized.

Why not make Puerto Rico the 51st state instead?  Many Americans live there.  Canada, Greenland (Denmark) and Panama would never agree to join the US.  Unlikely that congress would approve of invading those countries to annex them.  No need to annex when Americans could still buy real estate and shares of companies in countries.

Donald Trump did not rule out using the military to wrest control of Greenland and the Panama Canal during remarks to the press on Tuesday.

Asked directly whether he would rule out using “military or economic coercion” to see through his goal of gaining those territories, the president-elect responded:

“No.  I can’t assure you on either of those two ” he said.

Expanding territory through armed conflict is an ambition of fascism ideology.  Fascists believe expansion is necessary to assert superiority and avoid succumbing to national decline.
