wow, yeah, was thinking it was around 1 or 2 %. They obviously are not doing a good job up there, why can't it be zero. On the other hand, the vast majority of the fentanyl that comes in from Mexico is brought by American drug mules, legal citizens that drive across the border on a regular basis and drive on back in, right through the border crossings. I don't think many dudes are swimming the Rio Grande with a satchel of drugs held above their heads
