Dozens of GOP delegates have launched a new effort to dump Trump:

The delegates are angered by Trump’s recent comments on gun control, his racial attacks on a federal judge and his sinking poll numbers. They are convinced that Trump is an insufficiently conservative candidate and believe they will find enough like-minded Republicans within the next month to change party rules and allow delegates to vote for whomever they want, regardless of who won their state caucus or primary.

He is either a lying sack of shxt (Politifact certainly bolsters that viewpoint) or this provides more evidence that the IRS tax code is riddled with loopholes that let the filthy rich get away with murder and let the middle class bear the burden.

Florida Republican strategist Rick Wilson, a longtime critic of Trump, laughed before rattling off a list of what he sees as the failures of the GOP standard-bearer.

“Look, I mean, what could be going wrong with Donald Trump? ... He is being out-raised by every possible fundraising metric. He is losing in the national polling averages. He is being crushed in the swing-state polls. He is being devastated in the polls in the states that he claims he is going to put into play, such as California, New Jersey and New York. ... It is hard to beat somebody with nobody, and it is dangerous to upset the party's grass-roots base by publicly rejecting their candidate.

As of now the ouster is unlikely to succeed.  If Trump continues to make horrendous comments that worsen his plunging poll numbers even more, by the time the convention actually convenes the ouster group could be much larger.

This thread is about wagering and you have already explained that you aren't going to wager.

Honestly it is not that I am pro-trump or GOP or on any side for that matter.  As a non-partisan independent I call out all sides and all poster regardless of view or affiliation.

Most of my posts on this topic are about Trump's unsuitability for the Presidency.  Millions of people will continue to gather this same information and this helps explain why Trump's poll numbers continue to decline.

This also explains why the HRC betting line continues to rise.

Well - I am pretty sure my hesitancy to place this wager will keep me from getting in.

I just wont lay the -320ish right now.  If the election were tomorrow?  Yes.  But too much can happen in the months ahead.

I still maintain that because of the math with the electoral college Trump has little chance.

Agreed... In the midst of so much rhetoric and propaganda as well as manufactured lies, childish insults and name calling in this forum, jewels like this get lost.

Interesting too that he mentioned the Obama is a log thread from year ago and how basically there are the same insane emotional reaction from basically the same people.

Vanzack,  i got in at -225... Was hoping my line would have dropped below -200 but didn't.  What is your thoughts moving forward?  No sense in dropping money on -300 at those odds?
