Of course he will!  No brainer, really.  Unlikely to get through the House but if it did then that way he can replace the massively popular ACA with trump's much vaunted, "concept of a plan"

Apparently, Trump doesn't really care about ordinary Americans.  Wall street journal reveals that Trump cabinet would work on lowering their own taxes and government spending on veteran affairs, medical services, education and housing.  Big difference between Biden middle class and Trump billionaire elite cabinets.  Forbes report that Biden cabinet had a net worth of $188 million.  The Guardian estimates the net worth of Trump new cabinet at over $300 billion.

The big difference being.....Trump's cabinet isn't in it for the money like Biden's is. It has already been shown that Trump's previous tax cuts lowered taxes for the lower/mid class more than any of the libs will admit. It was clear that Biden  cared more about foreigners than Americans.

Folks just cannot stand 'rich' or 'successful' people.  They inherently think they have done something underhanded to get where they are.  They are too envious instead of listening to something they may have to say that might be useful to them.

US has a billionaire problem.  Malignant oligarchs exerting excess power over politics, media, taxation and justice system.  Policies that serve the rich could be bad for everyone else.  For example, tax cuts for the rich resulting in cuts of government services for the poor and middle class.  This is tyranny of minority over the majority.  That is one of the reasons why US has a failing democracy. Countries with a higher fraction of politically connected billionaires tend to be more corrupt.
