Whoops. Talking about Streak Survivor. All NBA picks except for NCAA men's final.

OKC got up 7 with 6:43 left with an 8-0 run...glimmer of hope in my eye to cover the -13.5 I had with them. Got ugly from there. It hurts. I thought it was "my turn" to get to at least W21.
Felt really in tune with all my previous picks, but right before gametime tonight I started getting anxious. Too bad you can't cancel right? |

Wow sir, I am thoroughly impressed with this report. How you remember all these details is beyond my comprehension, so major kudos and major thanks for this story. You seemed to really go through the ups and downs that gambling in Vegas can bring, but you are intelligent enough to know what you are getting yourself into. Thank you again for the report. Fantastic read. |

Oh Magic Johnson, you've exposed yourself too early.
"Magic and his group are interested in buying the Clippers..." Sounds too convenient when I give this hypothetical scenario: Magic and Donald's mistress are close friends. Magic becomes aware of Donald's (from the audio what I would call MODERATE at worst) racism. Asks mistress to record Donald secretly to "get her cut" ($500,000 for selling the audio), ... 24/7 public outrage at Donald (everything I've heard today is "how could this have gone on so long before finally being national headlines?" from media personal. This is the most important thing to consider) "Everyone" wants Sterling out as owner. Magic already (oops) said he and his group are interested in buying the Clippers if Donald is directly or indirectly forced out of ownership. When it comes to money and power, this makes SO MUCH SENSE in terms of plausible scenario behind the scenes. |

David West of the Pacers retweeted some interesting thoughts on how he feels blacks are still being put down through the media, thus these Donald Sterling types out there are still "winning." The most portrayed black folks in America in terms of success either hold a mic or catch/shoot/run with a ball, so instead of the black youth trying to cure disease, feed the poor, et cetera, they are trained to believe there best chance of success is to become a rapper or sports athlete. https://twitter.com/D_West30/status/460766263845740545/photo/1 |

Gold Coast, and Orleans is, I believe closer to Rio than the strip. Strip is 15 minute walk away (I've done it recently), and you hit Caesars first.

They may get game 3, but loving them game 4. Home underdog teams give their best punch against the better team in game 3 cause their crowd is the most amped up.

Thank you Mr. Bond. Like the Clippers as well, but I think this game is very volatile. Side notes for all looking at this game: JJ Reddick is out for this game Parker and Ginobli are probable, Splitter questionable, and Leonard is out. Paul didn't play in San Antonio. Clippers beat S.A. 116-92 in L.A. back in December

Few thoughts... -Take a deep breath scal, cause from my occasional visits to the Covers forums you got a lot of anger about things you can't control, and you'll defend yourself like no one else's opinion matters. -What is it that Chris Paul specifically said that got you all fired up? -Are you real upset at LeBron James for leaving Cleveland too? -Who's your favorite team and player in the NBA? Thanks. |

Had to shut off the sports media for a couple days cause of how they were going to teach us the right and wrong ways to react to this and the college fan pusher guy...AND THEN the president gets involved, which justifies how this media blitz is a propaganda bullet point to stuff down our throats. 50 years ago in the US, most white people were against blacks having rights, 100 years ago, most men were against women voting, 200 years, most whites were against blacks having any rights at all...etc etc...could go on with numerous examples of how we as a society "suddenly" have changed our opinion on topics...IT'S THE MEDIA folks. Thank you, carry on :) |

You hit it on the head with the following mentality...I never had much of a relationship with my family growing up, so I was that guy that let the media/entertainment world tell me how to think and feel thinking "that's just how the world is." So, from experience, I know how easily a person can be manipulated without even realizing it. |

So with all these "unknown followers" of what this media perception of "being black" is all about, you see it more and more frequent in the actual real world, and thus us non black folks tend to feel the need to "act cooler" around them to "fit in." I don't follow any trends or slang (27 year old male) because I can see the writing on the wall with how media perception becomes reality in the masses. <---I love basketball with a passion, but I'm actually Mexican, White, and Indian for your information. |
