What're you 5? "It's my team, no one can bet on them!" Who says that? |

These NBA games can be something else. And it just shows why the odds makers get paid to do what they do. Line was -5, and the free throws were going to swing it one way or the other...but you have an NBA player miss both. One day I hope I realize we can't beat the odds makers. Can only hope to be on the lucky side

You could say that for most sports. Who saw St Peters making it to the sweet 16? Bengals making the super bowl? Jags beating the Bills? Few years ago, Astros were approximately -400 or so to beat the Tigers. Guess who won? Point is, the end of the day these are pro teams. Any given day an underdog can win. I will say...when it comes to MLB and how volatile it can be, taking huge favorites is not smart in the long run |

I took the Mets for more than I should have(always on tilt), and I am usually on the other end of those bad beats. But this was different, this game was over. Philly had a 99.9% chance in the 9th inning. The leadoff hitter scored the first run of the inning and the last run of the inning...absolute insanity. I didn't deserve to hit this. My wallet is happy but i do feel for Philly backers. That is up there for one of the worst ive seen in probably years. |

Went according to plan. One more game tonight that should be statistically favorable. Taking Northwestern state on the full game. Both +1.5 and moneyline. |

Ease the pain with idaho state 1st half. One of the best 1st half cover teams |

Taking 1st half points and moneyline with the Bengals. They compete and cover 1st halfs at an impressive clip. Even games they got smoked, they fall apart in the second half. If idaho state is up at half, may slam portland state 2H. |

Obviously no guarantees, but i see Asheville covering the first half after following their past few games. Wouldnt be surprised to see them up at half, but +3.5?...yes please. |

Duquesnse vs Penn State a few years ago. Duquesne coach gets a double technical at the end for going bezerk. Penn state hits 6 free throws in a row to end the game and cover. Mind you, Penn state was about 50% from the free throw line prior to that. I shouldve stopped betting right there. |

Well the alternative is watching these teams hit the bonus early, and get to watch free throws all half. Theres very little consustency at times. I say let em play. But then again, the NBA has guys like Lebron who 'earn' foul shots by acting like they got sniped from the rafters |
