Ullmark first on the ice - looks like he is starting. No Bergeron. 

Boston sports radio saying Bergeron, Ullmark and potentially Swayman have stomach bug. Be sure to keep track of who is starting in Net. Brandon Bussi as called up from Providence. 

What do we think? over 1.5 or under? Anyone watching the game? 

Brady has a history of losing to New Orleans. He's had two of his worst games against them since joining Tampa. Look it up.

I didn't see the play, but sounds like they all got excited and everyone rushing up like that has worked for them all season - scoring machine all year. I think it will be a hard lesson learned. They aren't known for their defense haha, but you are 100% right about #2.

Rantaa, Carolina's starting goalie has never had a playoff start either. 

On paper it looks that way - one of the games (6-0 loss) B's were without Marchand (suspended) and Bergeron (hurt). The other (7-1 loss) was Tuukka Rask's first or second game back in his comeback bid where he let up 5 quick ones. The first game, 6th game of the season (3-0 loss) was the 2nd of a back-to-back set of away games and the Bruins started the season off slow out of the gate. 

I'm not worried about Carolina. They are a good team, but those scores won't be indicative of what the series would be like. 

Unless you are parlaying, usually if you wait until the first 5-7 minutes into the game, you can get a better total. It drops a half point. Obviously, if there is a goal scored right away, then this doesn't work. 

Can't judge by that first game. Montreal is a completely different looking team - Marty has them playing well. I've been riding the Montreal Team Totals. Last week they had their team total set at 1 1/2. I was literally laughing. Going to ride it until I can't.

I was on the under last night as well. Swayman has been a good under goalie and Vegas was going under. It happens. 

I was also on the live over in the Nashville / Kraken game the other night and Heines pulled Saros with like 50 seconds left. Waited way too long in my opinion. It's all how the coaches feel about the in game play. 

Teams used to go for the empty net a lot more back in the day and then they started focusing on avoiding icing the puck unless you have a high quality shot. So it's not like the empty net goal is gauranteed. I have been on many an over only to watch a team like Edmonton hit the empty net post two times and miss the net 7 other times.

Good old Patrick Roy when he was coaching Colorado. He was the guy that started the trend of pulling goalies > 2 minutes left in game.
