I'm done watching line movement and stuff like that Ive been getting screwed lately over thinking.  For now on Im taking the better team period.

This PITT team is trash, they have no go to scorer and cant shoot.  Their best player is the 7fter and Zana and they dont even get touches.

Im so pissed right now.  I knew UNDER and ND was the play.

First is N.O. vs Orl -3.  Seems too easy for ORL and according to vegas insider over 90% is on ORL.

Cleveland vs Wash -1.  So over 80% of the bets are on Cle but the line went from a Pickem to Cle +1.  Weird.

Same thing with NYK vs Pho.  Over 90% of the bets are on NYK but the spread went down from Knicks -3 to -2.5

One of the first things that you need to do in order to get established at 5dimes is to get that authorization form scanned in along with the credit card front and back and your id.  I don't know if you can do this without actually requesting a payout so that is why i suggest $100 payout just to be able to go through the motions and what to expect from the next big payout that you might have.  In fact, give yourself a few small payouts in order to establish yourself at 5dimes.  In this way you will be able to get your paperwork on file and any future payout issues will not be a problem especially when you need that $2500 one from western union.  
makedatmoola, in your last paragraph you state that you have never had any issues in the past with them yet the 3rd paragraph basically tells me that this was either your first payout with 5 dimes, or maybe it was your first payout since you used the last credit card that you deposited with.  Right when the 5dimes customer reps told you that they could not see the form clearly you said that you snapped despite the fact that people at work told you that it was basically legible.  Yes there is a 50/50 probability that 5dimes might be screwing you over but to me you do not get the benefit of a doubt because you don't seem to show any patience, especially when you said that you basically need your money "TOMORROW" in bold capital letters.  makedatmoola, you need to have a better attitude and you need more patience.  You need to give them the benefit of a doubt because i really do want someone to slam 5dimes on a really good case.  But your case is not a good one and i had to dig really deep as hard as i could.  It was worth it because i play at 5dimes and i even know how bad their customer service is and i did not want to think that you were getting slow paid let alone no-paid.

And this goes for anyone else who is reading, if you have a legitimate case against 5dimes i definitely want to hear about.  Those who are not intelligent need not apply.  The orlando experience that you had also was a little odd but this is still not concrete evidence enough with me.  In fact a guy named tony who runs the company or whatever has been known to be an a-hole to many cases out there and each case that i have been able to hear, they deserved it for being stupid.  I know you've made up your mind about playing elsewhere and i have no issues with that, but i wouldn't mind hearing more from your case if you feel that you need more to add.  

I know a lot of people are not going to agree with me as far as attitude as a customer but i don't believe in the bullshit that a company should always treat customers and kiss their butt.  It has to work both ways and if not then you can really subject yourself to some real bullshit.  I also suggest everyone to considering filling out a payout request complaint on the site called sportsbookreview.com (SBR) which i believe is run by the same company as this site.

You know what they say about ASSUMING right?

This was not my first payout with 5 dimes in the slightest, Ive cashed out with them 3x via check and this was my 3rd time via money gram.

Dude wtf are you even talking about I didnt call up with any patience and that it was "basically legiable", my documents WERE legiable and they gave me the run around until it was AFTER 1 PM so they didnt have to pay me out that day.  I also like how you ignored how they lied about sending me to a supervisor named Orlando.  You obviously work for 5dimes, so you might as well troll another thread.  There was nothing inconsitent with my story, and if you look at my post history (haven't posted in years), you would know that I have better things to do than log into Covers and make up a fake story.

So I called in on Thursday requesting a payout.  Apparently they only do payouts up to 1PM so I said cool, Ill wait until tomorrow.

Call back in the next day and get all the way through the payout process until he tells me Ill get hit with a fee.  I said this is my first payout of the month and he said they only do it on Mondays.  I said ok, but he asks me to please hold so he can just make sure my account is ready to go for a payout.  After about 10 mins he gets back on and says Im good to go for Monday.

Fast forward to today, I called in at 11:45 to request a payout.  They tell me my account isnt up to date.  I said yes it is, the guy on Friday put me on hold to check and make sure it was.  He states its not and theres nothing I can do unless I email them back pics of I.D., Credit card, and authorization form.

Im obviously pissed, but I drive home to get this info because I need this payout ready for TOMORROW. I send them pics of all the info and call back in 30 mins later to check on it.  "Betty" who answered said they didnt have it yet, but she would make the payout PENDING until it was received.

A little while later I get an email back that they cant see the authorization form clearly.  I am ready to snap. I had 3 people at my job tell me the pic I sent has all the info and that its a good picture.  I called back in and ask for a supervisor named "Orlando" who said theres nothing he can do and to take another picture.  I told him I already did that.  He said he was going to transfer back to customer service so they can change my FREE payout day to Tuesdays.  Somehow we get disconnected and I called back in asking for Orlando.  They tell me there is no supervisor named Orlando and almost acted like I was making it up.


Im done with 5dimes and their games, Ive never had any issues with them in the past, and there is no issue when they charge my freaking card when I make deposits.  Can anyone recommend another good book that does Prop bets for MMA and Boxing?
