Yeah, I'm sure having Cal and Stanford in separate divisions is going to work.... As for farther north, since you live in CA, you damn well know from Palo Alto to Berkely is just over a 1/2 hr away. What makes sense is Boise going to the MWC and trying to ratify that as a BCS conference, unfortunately for my UH Warriors, that would destroy all credibility for the WAC. |

OK OK! Just my humble opinion, but Florida would NOT pound TCU! come on thats retarded, I'm gonna go on a limb and say you havent seen a TCU game, that defense got SIZE AND SPEED! I'd say if it were DD, TCU could easily play insided the number, and maybe win on a lucky day..... Both teams got jobbed by the bullsh*t championship series....taking down 2 auto qualifiers would have sent ratings sky high, long term politics trying to preserve the current system in play here. The only thing that they were more worried about is if Texas lost to Nebraska, either they were going to have to give TCU their shot, or make up some bullsh*t reason why Cincy should jump them after squeaking by Pitt. AND god forbid TCU upset bama in the Natl tilte game, then all arguements for big 6 conf are now sh*t and the BCS comes crashing down! |

Opening line shows 5, quickly moving to 6....even at 6 I think this is a joke, god willing im gonna bet 1/4 to 1/3 my roll on this game if it comes in at 6 or less. On paper its not much of a matchup, Ingram and co. will exploit the overrated texas defense, and Bama's D will stomp on texas offense.

Yeah dude wasnt it 17-16 last year? a real blowout if you ask me.....Get real, this is going to have better ratings then most people think, theres alot of interest in 2 undefeateads going at it. On the other hand, this was a bad draw for both teams, as I wish both bcs busters got a chance to take it to the big boys! |

@ Boiseter, Dude you know your team; during the Hawaii game this year Moore played the whole game and Kaiserman scored a TD late in the game (he ran so hard, I was actually rooting for him to score). I don't expect any Pete Carroll/ USC hijinks but, I think the backups EXPECT to score.

Its just fundamentally wrong for 2 teams to be matched up like this....I remember back in the Colt Brennan/June Jones days @ UH when we would play cupcakes (U of No. Co, Charleston So etc) Colt wouild play only the first half, back up qb starts the 2nd half and all starters are out by beg of 4th. I don't know how Peterson does it at Boise, but thats alot of chalk. All of that said, UH smoked the crap out of Norther Colorado (I was there) 63-maybe 3 When you think about how many quarters and halves Colt missed due to blowouts, it makes his stats look all that much better... |

Here's what I think, If wisky is motivated and they want to, they will cover easily. Very, very similar team in Fresno St....Similar type of RB in Ryan Matthews. See Fresno st score? This is what is capable of Wisconsin. Now for the actual, I'm not sure they will benefit anyway from the win and maybe here to enjoy the vacation ala navy. Honestly UH defense is playing better and no new injuries to report, and Wisky prolly hasnt seen a pass offense quite like Hawaii's, but I think the outcome (ATS) is dependant on Wisconsin's coaches, if they get their boys up for this game they will cover, if they don't...well I'll have something to do on xmas eve! |

Ok, not saying that i think one team will cover or not, just pointing out facts: Ark st starting qb is listed as doubtful and that the vegas line is coming down to 6 from 7.....makes you think huh?

If OSU upstets Oregon, who goes to the rose bowl? Wouldnt there be a 3 way tie with Arizona, Oregon, and Ore St...all of whom are 1-1 against the other 2? |

I could be dead wrong, but I would bet maybe a quarter of whats in my bank account that there is no way in hell Florida covers by more than 2td's as some of you have suggested! I think this one will be close, Fla has not seen a back of the caliber that Ingram is, coupled with a legit defense. This is a championship game, I see a close one if it somehow gets to 7, im in there baby! BOL |

Is Wisconsin locked into a bowl already, cuz if they are maybe they will come here just for a vacation like navy did! This line is ultralow, but i'm wondering if whisky got anything to play for? That bruiser John Clay should tear up UH defense on paper, but damn if the bows havent impressed me in their 4 game win streak....I might have to rush home after the game to buy my hawaii bowl tix...if there's a SU win! |

@titiomagic33....i'm not saying that navy isnt going to win, read my pick, its the first post! It just upsets me when people talk about sh*t that they have no idea what they're saying, like its going to be a home game for navy, because its not. If the game is close, the crowd is going to be loud. but its not going to be close, I think. |

First of all I'm going to assume you haven't been to a UH/Navy game before, and probably not even been to Hawaii. Second Aloha stadium seats 50,000 people there are over 30,000 season ticket holders who will NOT be cheering for Navy. Second If you have lived in this state and remotely followed UH teams, you will know that the locals come out of the woodwork when we win 3 games or more in a row. Lets give you the benefit of the doubt and say the remaing tickets will be split 50/50 between locals and service people (who btw mostly cheer for hawaii anyway). and say 5000 season ticket holders dont show up for the game. That gives you 10000 navy backers vs 35000 locals, (all of whom have the seats closer to the field as the lower sidelines are all season ticket holders) Thirdly, along with the half off for military, its also half off for UH alumni..... Your opinion on the game is fine, don't comment on sh*t you have no idea whatsoever you're talking about |

Sniper, I'm not sure that the key is Nev Dline putting pressure on Moore. I think that the key matchup across the board in this game is what the Boise St. Defense does on 1st down vs that Nevada Offense. If Boise can hold Nevada to 3.5 yards or less avg on 1st down, they got a good shot to cover this number, if they can't, (I personally don't think they can) then this will turn into a shootout, as Kapernick will have infinite options on 2nd/3rd and short. Don't get me wrong, Boise is a threat to beat ANYBODY in NCAA D1 this year, and I would never bet against them SU esp at home. But I'm leaning to think that Nev can keep it within 14(local line).

@Joe Wash: nice catch, I saw that too. Anyway, how are you guys so sure that Texas won't mail it in with the big 12 championship on deck? Style points are out the window, as they are assured a berth in the title game if they win out. Texas can cover this number if they wanted too, as they have as much d as a JV high school team, but with thier offense, they backdoor maybe open. Then again Mack Brown is kind of a jerk and loves to run it up so... Texas maybe? |

Hey,. Just wanted to point out that teams coming off 3 straight road games aren' that hot. Not saying one or another, as BSU is on a 6 day turnaround on the road....This is a tough one, but a slam dunk for w.mich, I'm not so sure. |
