Watson and Burrow both had issues in that monsoon on Sunday. Browns split with Steelers last year. CMC had a great day because SF OL were moving those interior linemen and LBs out if the way. Watt and Highsmith were overpursuing. I expect similar results with Chubb and Browns C and Guards. Watson will run for 30+. Watson will bounce back in better weather and take advantage of weak CB play by Sutton, Kazee and Peterson. Aiuyuk destroyed that secondary. defensively, I expect Pickett to struggle against arguably a comparable defense in Cleveland as 49ers. Browns have a great front and a pretty damn good defensive backfield in Ward, Emerson, Newsome, Delpit and Thornhill. They compliment each other well. I can’t see Pickens and a banged up Freirmuth beating that secondary for big gains. Don’t believe Harris or Jalen Warren have the juice to lean on when the passing game stumbles. Browns will hit a few big plays and grind them down with Chubb/Ford/Watson. 27-13 Browns |

Browns are 8-2 in last 10 meetings vs Bengals. To say Week 1 gift is asinine. Browns at home. Burrow has not practiced all camp and could tweak his calf. MG and Zdarius chasing Burrow around while he tries to get some timing with his guys...not a good play at all. If anything Browns ML and points. |

I'm looking at Oral Roberts, UL-Lafayette, Kent St, VCU, NC St and Iona as the best candidates for the upset....I will even go Vermont as a team that could keep it within the spread. |

you gotta be kidding me with Drake. During the season we are trying to figure out whether we can lay big money on the spread with Drake vs Northern Iowa or Southern Illinois, if they were that good everyone would have cashed huge on Drake all year, now people think they are gonna beat Miami? A team that can beat any team in the nation? Yeah, ok. Miami huge.
I can see San Diego St being challenged by CofC. If CofC can be effective beyond the arc, then they can beat SDST.
Furman has the shooters to make some noise. I can see them making a run at it into the middle of 2nd half before petering out and getting wore down by the defense. |

VCU is 10-1 in 1st halves at home. This is a SU stat but this line is withing the range of most of those W's. Take the ML if you are not sure. I have been riding them 1st half of home games for the last few weeks.

This is a nice play. I did some homework on VCU and they are 9-1 (SU) in the 1st H of their home games. They are 5-4-2 in 1st H on the road. 1st H moneyline would be a nice safe play to package up with another play for a 2 team parlay. |

I win parlays almost every day. I play about 7-14 parlay cards a day ranging from 5.00-20.00 and 6-10 teams. Today I had 3 parlay cards lose on Cincy, all 3 were 7 teamers. I had one 8-team parlay 5.5 pt teaser lose on Alabama (had +8.5, lost by 9). My last parlay card was down to Arkansas and UC-Santa Barbara...Luckily I had time to hedge this card so I packaged up several parlays with UC Irvine and Texas A&M...got both while they were still cheap in the first half. Ended up winning 4 of my 5 hedge parlays to pull ahead for the day, after being down half my bankroll. I do this pretty much every day at my local sportsbook. Some days i will hit 2-3 parlays of 6 teams or more. I will admit many of them are ML, but I have found that 1st half road dogs, that are .500 or better and get 8 or more points hit often, so I'll mix in my favorites. I'll spend 150-200 on parlay cards each day and will hit at least one to break even. I'm a low risk, high reward bettor that is just trying to turn a profit everyday, not kill the books with large single bets...It's my system and it works for me. |

@InspiredByCG Well, you should do what you feel is right. All these posters saying “don’t do it” are just warning you of the pitfalls of gambling fir a living. They might be right, but if the gambling full time does not work out, there is always another job in Vegas to apply for that is better than Jersey Mikes in Ohio. You are making a life change regardless of the gambling and at your age, it’s the perfect time to figure that stuff out. |

correction 16-3 today...Siena was a dawg, so Fairfield was a fave that lost. Not sure why they had Siena as a dawg though. I had them in another parlay that lost because of NFL picks, like Panthers. |

What a day to be betting faves today. If you bet Cincy or Memphis you lost but if you took any other favorite today you crushed it. I had a 7 team parlay hit with 3 CBB ML picks of Providence, Cornell and Quinnipiac and 4 NFL prop bets (Wentz over .5 interceptions, Watson over 20.5 ruyds, McCaffrey o33.5 RecYds, Conner o77.5 Ruyds and Fields o74.5 RuYds).

Bama and Georgia are so vastly superior than any other team, what's the point?
in College Football They should just expand the NFL with Alabama and Georgia and pay those kids NFL union wages and let the rest of college football have some hope. |

This UNC team is like the Paul Westphal Loyola-Marymount basketball teams..score, let other team score, then come back and score again...all game long. First one to make a mistake wins. The overs are not even close, but how do you throw an O/U line out there that is in the 80's? Georgia St will probably put up 28 points. UNC probably 48. I take UNC -7.5 and the O68 |
