I know the page writing is harsh but thats why I did it. So far only one of my girls has had to write one page.

I have my owned my company for seven years just speaking from what I would do. Todays economy a lot of ppl looking for jobs and it is a lot easier to find a job when you have one,

Disneys site had it at 6800 before taxes travel agent got it for 4400 after taxes.

Ended up getting a two bdrm condo on Disney property at the Old Key West Resort.

Is it standard for the architect to do some of this also to keep the general contractor on plan ??

time and planning is on your side, since you said that you plan on breaking ground in 2010.  There's alot of builders looking for work NOW, and building supply stockpiles are huge, and places are going out of biz, so if money isn't an issue and you can store some supplies, I'd say start the process now. Get multiple bids and use them against eachother.

Im 39 yrs old and very blessed with two teenage daughters. Found 15 acres in the country--- Just happened to be riding in the country and found this and instantly knew this is it.

Have good hardwood trees around for shade in the summer and our winters only last a few wks here and there. Today for example 75 degrees and the possibility of snow tomorrow nite, So electric  bills shouldn't be too bad. The house I am in now is 1900 sq feet and electric is 130 - 170 month not too bad I guess ??

Probably looking at 2500-3000 sq feet with 4bdrm 3 full bath home. Considering both my daughters will be in college in the next 5-6 yrs that will be a lot of room.   Damn that's a scary thought.

Definate on all the extra space. Kitchen is all my wifes design--She gets the kitchen design --I get the pool and gameroom design.
