There's no guarantee Brees would have had the same type of supporting cast in MIA that he did with NO. NO turned out to be perfect for him as he gets at least 9 dome games a year (with ATL being a division foe) and NO built their team to be a fast, quick strike team. The MIA philosophy for the last few years has always been run and grind out victories.

If Samuel squeezes the ball like my aunt would've been able to, that game is over. Anybody that seriously puts Eli over Peyton is pretty fucking stupid. Eli stumbled through the second half of that game like a drooling Mongoloid and got the luckiest bounces of his life in a about a 15 minute window to win that SB. |

NFL OVERALL: 59-60-1 +7.5 UNITS This is what Im going with today: DAL@MIN: DAL +2.5 (-105) for 2.1 UNITS The key to this game, I think, is going to be how much the refs decide to enforce holding penalties on Flozell Adams. The man is a penalty machine and has the potential to destroy DAL drives. So this is the risk Im taking - betting Adams avoids penalties and gives Romo time to continue being as sharp as he has for the last few weeks. If Im wrong, the Cowboys will have a loooooong day. NYJ@SD: SD -8.5 for 2.2 UNITS Simply put, SD is the better team here. Im not going to bet on Sanchez to eek out a back door cover. I'd rather bet on the better team at home and hope for a SU W and a cover. As always, good luck to everyone |

NFL OVERALL: 58-59-1 +5.6 UNITS
NFL REG. SEASON: 55-58-1 -1.1 UNITS NFL PLAYOFFS: 3-1 +6.7 UNITS The divisional round has some very difficult matchups to look at. Very hard to get a strong lean on most games. However, with that being said, this is what Im going with on the early game: AZ@NO: NO -7 for 3.3 UNITS I really do like AZ and have rooted for them for a good part of the year. They are the type of team that jumps up and takes a bite out of someones ass when no ones expecting it. However, today, they are matched up against a team that is equal to or better than them in most facets of the game. We were all amazed by Warner's performance on Sunday - he was quite literally almost perfect. However, as good as he is, its going ot be tough to repeat that type of performance again. With the Saints getting a number of key players back from injury and coming off a couple of weeks of rest, Im going to back them today and hope for a W and cover. Good luck to everyone |

Reading this annoys the hell out of me. That idiot Caldwell is such a fucking moron. Its like he purposely pulled Peyton out of the game in Week 16 just so he could remain true to his bullshit word about not caring about 16-0. Fucking moron! Peyton's played his whole damn career without serious injury, do you think another quarter and a half of game time to maintain an undefeated season is going to injure him? But then what does this imbecile do? The next week, he starts Peyton in the frigid and snowy conditions in Buffalo. Now hes got his 1st team going 100% against each other in practice. What a fucking dumb shit!
I think Goodell should import a Taliban execution crew for the halftime show in the IND/BAL game. At halftime they can drive their little Nissan pickup to midfield with Caldwell's fatass in the bed, kick his ass out and blast him in the back of the head with an AK - like they used to do to adulterers and such back when the 'Ministry for the Prohibition of Vice and Virtue' ran the show. I'd buy a midfield ticket and drive to Indy just for that. |

The one difference between this playoff Arizona game and their previous 5.........

I.E. if your local is in Phoenix, he might have 6 or 6.5 or whatever, but if you bet offshore or in an establishment, youre going to see 7. |

However, with that being said, if anyone thinks that the public is on the Saints, you are a sleep in your own universe. |

HOWEVER, this is a game of numbers and stats... guys get awards and deals based on stats. Woodson had 9 sacks... NINE... thats more than most starting DEs in the league. That kind of production coming from a CB is jaw dropping... not to mention the other forced turnovers and the 3 pick 6's. Revis maybe the guy you pick to anchor a defense in order to build a dynasty, but Woodson (at least this season) is the guy who lights up the scoreboard and deserves the award. |
